What did Kamikaze airplane pilots who survived WWII do when they got back home? Well, they created one of the coolest most badass and unique car cultures ever! They evolved a unique style that transcended from fashion and motorcycles to cars … this is the story of Bosozoku car culture.

Yeah, that the car community in a nutshell, new generation means new style and ideas but unfortunately those generations aren't appreciated those who came before and call those ricers, they care about performance, speed and power then style, no matter what you do you been called a ricer regardless because that word has changed overtime, I learn from a bit of experience, but all and all I love the old style that came before, so yeah

The war creating a generation of adrenaline junkies with no combat around to get their fix is pretty much how we got 50s hotrods and outlaw bikers.

Lololo
no. it's an 'imadeitinmygarage inc' serial number 0001. problem solved. why the crap would people ever bother to register 'modifications'. just re-register the whole thing as a small series production over again every single time. pretty much every field on the papers except for wheelbase can be 'unspecified' anyway, including the vin (yes, vin numbers are optional ;)
also the whole thing with 'parts approval' etc is basically only for stuff that's 'on the market'. so just have them put a prohibitilion to ever sell it to a citizen of their country in the papers and all is fine. then it's not 'on the market' and thus does not need any 'apporoval'.
id love to be there for that thing to get smogged
