    Sorry, had to pause the video to make this comment. But the way you closed the door is not going to shatter it. What shattered the door was when it swung outward and hinges applied a lot of pressure to the glass in a small area, that’s what shattered it. Closing it hard so that pressure is spread out across the sides of the glass isn’t going to break it as easily as two hinges in a small area. I’d be more impressed if you tipped the printer on the side like Uncle Jessie did and it didn’t break. Now, on to watching the rest of the video.

    • @drosendahl
      @drosendahl 8 місяців тому +10

      No, bambulabs printers is of course inspired by many printers but if far from clones. They have introduced many new features or at least made them functional for the broad public. This is a pure clone. However, I do agree with your last statement. (Even though I personally would rather have a 300x300 version, this will be a little bit to big in my printing space)

    • @anssiwalta5623
      @anssiwalta5623 8 місяців тому +3

      Yup. Basically people don't understand about engineering. Every competition involves reverse engineering. Same like in F1: Redbull makes a new aerodynamics / underfloor and everyone tries to reverse engineer and do it better. It normal life.

    • @drosendahl
      @drosendahl 8 місяців тому +2

      @Broskisnowski "AMS" for voron exist, just a little more advanced (EHCF). It would be as reliable if you incorporate a knife inside the toolhead. But yes, bambulabs was first with a really easy to use one and at least I hadn't heard about a filament cutter before it.

    • @chrisbaker3760
      @chrisbaker3760 8 місяців тому +4

      Yes Voron didn't invent corexy but Bambu literally submitted the Voron build manual into the patent application for their motion system... it could be worse. The Sovol SV08 is a lightly remixed Voron 2.4 but at least they are paying the Voron Design team royalties.
      There are mmu options for Voron. There is the ERCF and they have introduced a filament cutter system and more reliable filament buffer than the AMS. There is also a couple of toolchanger systems for them.
      It's an exciting time for us consumers right now, but let's face it, Bambu didn't invent much at all...they did package up everyone else's ideas and made an amazing product that everyone can enjoy but it's not perfect (no printer is)

If so, and if that applies to another 3 CMS, why should a DC input be installed there if you cannot operate the unit "without a printer"? In my opinion, this could mean that the CMS can heat up after all and couldn't there also be a humidity control?

    Nice video! Loved it, thank you for the time and effort you put into making these video's.. I also have a question..
    I made a cabinet in my kitchen complete with a desk dedicated for a 3D printer work environment for my Ender3v2, 4 years ago. It has 2 compartments with 62cm in hight, 56,5cm width, 48cm deep and 2 large drawers beneath for filllament boxes. I made it because i wanted an enclosed environment for the Ender3v2 to keep the heat and noise inside..
    My question is, and this may be a retorical question but i realy want to update and read somewhere that the K2 plus is 64cm high. Is this with or without the filament holder on top? 😅
    Im thinking of buying the K1 Max because it would fit in there, but if the K2 Plus without the fillament holder would fit it would be better.. I cant find anything about dimensions with and without the fillament Dryer/Holder on top... If it would fit i could place the fillament dryer/holder in the top cabinet and drill a hole to the lower compartment.. If not im buying the k1 Max with an Micro Swiss extruder..
    If anyone has info please lemme know.. thank you. 🥰

    late to a game does not mean that you cannot improve something, so i dont understand why the CFS does not accept 2,5/3kg filament spools and also does not have an included filament drying function. why do they just bring a copy cat Klon1X with the K2 and not a better version? Do they dont have any dev team beside of the ones who just copy bambu? They already have the filament dryer so the technology is in the company and what is the issue to just build the CFS with adjustable rolls and more space in it so that it can take any spool size of filament including the very big 3kg? I mean a 350x350x350 bed but not enough space for bigger spools? such a waste of possibilities tbh
