Hi Dr. Grande...My name is Kevin Sullivan and I'm a true crime writer. I wrote about the Heather Teague/Marvin Dill case years ago and interviewed Tim W. and the commander of KY State Police Post 16, as well as the detective (in a nearby small town) who worked the case of the woman sexually assaulted in a Kentucky cemetery that he absolutely believed was committed by Marvin Ray Dill. Plus, a number of calls to the police pointing the finger at Dill came from those who knew him. Oh, and the Evansville detective who arrested Dill after he was caught trying to pick up young girls, told me that he believed if he hadn't arrested Dill that day he would have killed someone. Anyway, you'll find that story in a book titled: Unnatural Causes, which I co-authored with Gregg Olsen a few years ago. Take care, Kevin

Wow, how unlikely it is for a kidnapping to be caught via telescope and the kidnapper's truck be video recorded on a dirt road. It's as if the Universe had enough of Marvin, and sent out it's vibes...
That, and the fact someone saw her fighting w/a guy in a car that looks just like the one reported by a second witness too late and discarded by police. The tarp on the ground by her car, the open trunk and the police cannot put 2+2 together; meaning someone else picked up the perp w/her and took off. One had the disguise on- wig and bug hat w/netting? (Not found at suicide residence.) At least 2 people doing things that could have helped her, no one could; and, sadly, more than likely two got away with murder, and one is on the loose.
Something that's comfortable to wear and concealable would be my advice. I went with a .357 when I first got licensed for the stopping power. But it was heavy and bulky and you need a long jacket or sweatshirt to conceal it. I learned my lesson and got a Walther PPK instead. A .380 doesn't have as much stopping power but its slim and light. The gun you don't wear does you no good.
And, he wonders why we know a "creeper" when we encounter one. We have to STAY on guard, and we develop a very keen sense of danger, and "creepers." Myy gut hasn't been wrong yet.
Pretty soon a bunch of 'good guys' are probably going to be coming after the psychiatrists too for what they've done to people, and it's probably just gonna be a fucken slaughterhouse.
@@icturner23 Not if he's done it before, and regalia in his truck points to others. Didn't want her to know what a fiend he was; also maybe had a partner in the murder. They didn't find that wig/bug hat, and serial murders rarely tell where the body is because their lawyers tell them to say nothing. Unless it's execution x...and there's no chance of a reprieve. Even then, w/wife children not likely to admit to anything.
Having watched accounts of so many interesting crimes I would not relax at that riverside beach without a thought of someone with a revolver occurring at some stage
Hello Dr. Grande, My apologies for sending my comment late after you made this video, I get your videos at 11:00 p.m. where I live. I do agree with your final comments on this crime. As always my thoughts are for the victim and especially for the grieving family members not knowing if she is alive or in fact dead. Thank you for your dedicated hard work. Best Regards.
Interesting and well-reasoned as always. Also convincing as to Marvin having been the lone killer. I do wonder what become of the other suspect and how many other victims he had after leaving Kentucky.
The fact that that tarp was unused by the driver's side door, and the trunk open leaves me w/the feeling it's possible they could have been acting together. One to get the OTHER vehicle, one to hide her disabled or drugged (her trunk) until that second vehicle shows up. The use of chloral hydrate works so fast on the beach, or where he got her out of sight,,(w/gun as the birdwatcher thought he had). If she came to and started fighting w/driver in her vehicle wouldn't be surprising. Too bad the police discarded that witness. These creeps look alot alike from pics and from a distance even more so, but if one wore a bug/netting hat and wig(how did LE know this, were those two items found?), it would be a great cover for at least one of them to escape detection. The guy looking at arrest killing himself means to me there's more murders in his repertoire of offenses; he could have been the one getting rid of the body. And avoids being on the hot seat for?s about other cases of missing girls...and an accomplice, w/the wig, and face coverings. They have done it before is my guess; came prepared. Horrible and it it has to be a warning about being alone on any beach. (Having no idea of the location, it's strange to me why the wig/face coverings if no one around? Was it obvious a birdwatcher could be looking at her, the beach? Or could it have been the birdwatcher, called police after the deed?)
I always enjoy your analyses. I know you are wise in not being perceived as a single purpose channel, but I do enjoy your commentary on the non-stop shenanigans of individuals who leave Royal folds in pursuit of the glittery, superficial Southern Californian life. Your editorializing is deliciously droll.
Whoever gave Tim BirdLover the alibi was quite clever as bird is English slang. I'm not sure anyone but Mrs. Tim BirdLover cares what he was doing with his telescope as we were all topless sunbathers in the 90's thanks to Fergie and the monarch-generated People scandal to make Prince Andrew look innocent in the divorce 😂 Grandma kept me fully informed.
The offhanded jibes and jokes are thrown in so casually and with such deadpan that I sometimes miss them. Caught this one though: "She was interested in being a physician, a nurse, or a politician, so at least she had two good ideas."
Heather disappeared in August 1995. Christopher John Bilow was sentenced to 11 - 18 years in prison in 1991, so HTF was he "in the area" (out of prison) in August 1995?
That poor woman. Too bad that she didn’t run rather than agree to go with him to a secluded place. He may have chickened out or missed if he did shoot at her. I agree with your analysis. Thanks again for these videos. I hope that 2023 is treating you well
I know it’s easier said than done… never go with the person attempting to kidnap you. It’s better to die right there than to leave w/ them where it will likely be a lot worse.
Thank you Dr Grande. Inspired. I do totally agree that birdwatchers may also be perverts. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. But I am glad he called the cops, in TWO jurisdictions as well. That would never be a problem where I live; location delivers emergency services with one call.
When I was about 11 years old, I was indeed birdwatching with a telescope when I was approached by a police officer who asked if I had witnessed any burglaries!
Heather Teague's family has issued lawsuits alleging that there are two (or perhaps three) disparate initial 911 calls made regarding Heather's abduction. They said that over the years, the police had played two completely different supposed 911 calls made, and had purported them as "the only singular 911 call made", yet the family affirms that in one of the calls the dispatcher was a woman, and in the other call, the dispatcher was a man. The family is alleging that one of the 911 calls was faked by some rogue elements within the police department.
I live in Henderson Kentucky and this has been a huge story and mystery. The local TV stations bring this up every few years and reward signs for information have been posted along highways.
Sure, the birdwatching explanation is...a little suspicious to say the least. But it's far from impossible. Birdwatchers do exist, after all, and it could easily be true that he was doing just that, and got understandably sidetracked. She was an attractive young lady. In any event, he did the right thing, so I think he deserves the benefit of the doubt.

My go-to guy to watch right before bed.
It's so frustrating that you can't go anywhere alone these days. I'm researching which is the best hand gun to own. That's my response!
I’ve been traveling alone for 5+ years but wouldn’t feel comfortable all alone on a beach!
@@MakerInMotion I used to have a Colt .38, thank God never needed it.
Sig P365XL.
Did they get the telescope guy to identify and confirm the kidnapper in person?
I think Dr Grande said that telescope guy positively ID'd him.
I would rather have a birdwatcher watch me and call the police than not. Thank god he was there.
I love it when the bad guys impose capital punishment on themselves.
Pretty soon a bunch of 'good guys' are probably going to be coming after the psychiatrists too for what they've done to people, and it's probably just gonna be a fucken slaughterhouse.
Don’t be stupid. If he’d been taken alive he almost certainly would have at least told them where her body was in the end.
As always brilliant analysis! Thank you, Dr. Grande! 🔭
You are my primary springboard for topics
to study. 😃
Dr Grande, could you please analyze John Poulos case? I’d love to hear your input
Dr. Grande Please cover the elizabeth barraza case im dying to hear your analysis
Yes!
Hi Dr. Grande! I love your videos! I wanted to see if you could analyze the case of Jessica Johnson, please. Thanks!!
@0:54 “So at least she had 2 good ideas” 🤣
I always enjoy your analyses. I know you are wise in not being perceived as a single purpose channel, but I do enjoy your commentary on the non-stop shenanigans of individuals who leave Royal folds in pursuit of the glittery, superficial Southern Californian life. Your editorializing is deliciously droll.
Bird is slang for a woman. So I guess he was birdwatching
"EXCLUSIVELY to watch birds" 🤣🤣🤣
Whoever gave Tim BirdLover the alibi was quite clever as bird is English slang. I'm not sure anyone but Mrs. Tim BirdLover cares what he was doing with his telescope as we were all topless sunbathers in the 90's thanks to Fergie and the monarch-generated People scandal to make Prince Andrew look innocent in the divorce 😂 Grandma kept me fully informed.
Dr Grande, please talk about Lindsay Clancy and PPD psychosis
Did they question the birds?
That poor girl
"Hello Tim this is the police, we'd like to take a statement about what you saw on the beach while birdwatching"
"I'll be out in 5-7 minutes"
The offhanded jibes and jokes are thrown in so casually and with such deadpan that I sometimes miss them. Caught this one though: "She was interested in being a physician, a nurse, or a politician, so at least she had two good ideas."
Me and her were both born on the same day 🖤 not only will I celebrate my birthday but hers as well :(
when more details come to light please analyze the duxberry massachusetts mother!
Thank you Dr. Grande’ for your thoughts
Please make a video about Omar Mateen and the Tsarnaev Brothers
Excellent as always.
I was thinking the same thing-always fight, never go with someone to a secluded place.
I thought she was dragged by the hair?
pretty sure he forcefully took her there
Thank you Dr Grande.
I have wondered what to do with the mosquito net I bought which is too small for the bed...
I live in Henderson Kentucky and this has been a huge story and mystery. The local TV stations bring this up every few years and reward signs for information have been posted along highways.
This is straight out of the movie Body Double.
You are a great story teller. Love your shirt today!
He didn't commit a crime, and he reported what he saw. I don't know why people are bashing him for looking at a pretty girl on the beach.
