I'm tending towards Storyblocks. I write my own music so I don't need audio tracks, and it sounds like there are no hidden headaches vis-a-vis licensing. Since I've always got a lot on my creative plate, the last thing I want to have to do is backtrack to deal with a licensing issue. So thank you for all the work you did to make my decision much easier!
Interesting video sir. I want to ask about artlist stock footage, I haven't subscribed yet, but when looking for LOG footage in the filter, why doesn't it look like LOG. Do I really have to subscribe and download it first to see LOG in the footage? thanks
Thanks for being precise and straight to the point. If I want to be a commercial/cinematic video freelancer first in my job I need music and sfx. So which one is better no problem with my clients. in question of delivering the work I did without the music being claimed or getting into legal trouble with copyright on social networks or other platforms (instagram, meta, tiktok, twitter? sorry, I'm new to licenses. In short, I want a platform that can sell my videos with music, sfx, videos, GM, etc. with license and distribution to my clients.
Hi, thanks for your comment! From my experience, Artlist has the most expansive license and is most ideal for freelancers. In the past I’ve ran into a few situations where I had to submit my Envato Elements license to UA-cam when my videos get checked for copyrighted music. But I’ve never had an issue with Artlist. So if I had to go with a subscription specifically for music and sfx, I’d go with Artlist.
Hi John, great video. Can I use artlist music on multiple channels for my clients? What are the other platforms that allow me to use music on multiple channels? Thanks
Which subscription are you going with?
Let me know in the comments below!
Storyblocks
I want to create project related to building and construction.

Thanks so much for taking the time to create this. Very helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for the comparison video. Just what i was looking for. 👍
Using Envato for a few years now, no issues and best bang for your buck!
Was so good. Also for me the problem is the licensing music for digital use. But I understand that Artist works fine!!
Thank you!
You're welcome!

i was going to do Artlist but no monthly option, the trail has a watermark which won't work. its a lot of $$ to come with upfront
Yeah, it is a lot of money. But I do have to say in my experience, Artlist is probably one of the best platforms out there when it comes to music.
The is great :) thank you. Why is motion vfx ripping people off? Lol
Mixkit is awesome
