@@chasehughesofficial I definitely will, I intend to start my thesis with your 30 min statistic as I am at Harvard and agree that they are floundering in the backwater of psychotherapy without it. I intend to highlight a course for psychologists, doctors, and therapists to start using your table of elements combined with CIA, MI6 and SERE school techniques to drag them out of the dark ages of BL techniques - (folded arms means no etc.) So will continue working through your courses and Joe Ns for the foreseeable future, I've done Gregg And Scotts and Scott has said he would guest lecture if I get it right at Harvard, I hope you will consider the same, as an alumnus and we can change that 30 minute statistic.

I got the Ops Manual from Amazon for about £120 pounds. Yeah, I know it’s expensive. However, staying stuck in my NLP, Hypnosis books and videos that just seem to trawl through the same of turds that’s never seem to work as effectively I got his book. Actually two books. Working my way through them (oh and the ebook on Kindle). The audible books I play in the day when I can’t read due to other reasons.
Absolutely enjoying it. Fresh take on all the things I needed thirty years ago in the police. If this had been taught then 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Now I’m learning it and using it. I’m old, retired and looking at getting out every day to use the skills in observational research in pubs or shops. Whenever I have a question of anyone in these places when I’m reading one of the books it sparks a conversation where I use the skills to discuss the book. Great fun. Great work. Cheers gizza

Hey Chase, I get most of this, but what I don't get is the "Expectancy" one. I think it would be really handy if you could expand on that in a future video. (P.s. your point on NOVELTY as a key factor in people yielding decision making is the most powerful insight and kept me on this channel)

    • @chasehughesofficial
      @chasehughesofficial  Рік тому +7

Someone can use expectancy to increase suggestibility by creating an expectation of a desired outcome. This could be a physical reward such as money or material goods, or it could be an intangible result such as fame or admiration. Setting up this kind of dynamic creates a situation where expectations are in place, and people may feel obligated to comply with the requests being made of them. Additionally, presenting people with a choice between two desirable outcomes may make them more likely to comply with the request, even if they do not fully understand its implications.

Although I had to be able to read a map to be allowed to ride shotgun as a child, like many females I don't navigate by maps. I use landmarks. "Go to Arby's and make a left. If you get to McDonald's you have gone too far, so turn around." Even on a road trip I would transfer the map to prose on a sheet of paper. I realize on the ocean you don't have landmarks and have to rely on charts and maps. But most of us do not have that experience. It's something you might want to consider.

I hope I’m not too late to learn something that I’ve been trying to get an education on in my life, something always stopped me, for the simple reason I am a female who was undervalued in my life; I could’ve been the breakthrough for my parents being proud (though I don’t know why it mattered, they were all at “liberty” to take things from me including my self esteem, I would come home from school and be missing something that physically belonged to me gone, because I was only a girl and my life was basically hell, then the one man I trusted above all broke me & my kids … because it happened when they were kids don’t understand why I still harbor that shock of one of the dealbreakers in my life, the example for a long lasting marriage was my parents and that was not the * Map* that I wanted to use in my own marriage however I was still broken and raised 3 girls mostly alone so the members of my family were once again taking things that physically belonged to me… anyway it’s all mixed up and convoluted I wonder quite often how I managed to be even this amount of sane after my whole life ❤

We recently asked ourselves how can a young 18,19 year old child take a gun to a school and hurt babies and other young children. Also I ask how does a young person get all those guns and ammo with no income and no job. I think you answered my question. I truly feel someone manipulated that kids mind and armed him and pointed him In a direction. And as soon as this happened the government jumps to oh it’s the guns fault we shouldn’t have all these guns blah blah. But never do you hear anyone say how did we miss this how did we fail this kid so badly to miss this. We could have stoped this before it happened. No they just use horrible things to push there political agenda. This goes along with another video you have done MR. Hughes for sharing your knowledge with us.

After putting the car into D, I’d turn and wave and he always did this thing with his hand and looked a lot like Chase does when he does that thing at the end…with an extremely similar look on his face. So weird. Nobody else ever has. It’s simultaneously unsettling and warm.
It strikes me each time because I’m unprepared for it. I saw it every Sunday night for like 25 years and then not again until now. So familiar but from a total stranger. Oddness! :)

Tak sa mycket Chase, Alan Turing said intuition is more important than knowledge and Einstein said that imagination is more important than knowledge.
Knowledge which isn't always true interrupts intuition and intuitive observers or the senses (like biometric malinois senses) are what navigate the world until any type of inevitable conflict comes up & as you know it usually isn't even another sentient being, objects have lives & we are often working on the maintenance of the lives of objects as tools.
Imagination is needed to accept all that we think we are seeing, we might be hard wired for all types of bias but if we want to fulfill the notion of an intelligence destiny we direct collective intuition & creativity & the lives of object to suit mutual needs in a system of law that evaluates nature for conflict & ingenuity.
My favorite maps are the cook island stick maps I own several coconut items made by the inhabitants of the Cook Islands, but my artwork is also representative of navigational tools. Dean Snow discovered that 60,000 years ago women invented painting & feminism wasn't invented then (yay imo) & nobody can work or paint if they are being abused, bullied, or harmed as you know the stress of instability is great & also harms the group or society. This means that the women could not have possibly invented painting if they were being abused, put down beat or raped all the time, nobody could, but as you know abusers often include other women.
The men invented complex instruments, tools & weapons & hunting weapons & they were painted like shamans by the women who invented painting.
Everything is using a cognitive model or map and it is highly likely if not definite that the males in this time *eliminated any individuals that may have been severely abusive or suffered from incurable brain diseases that made them abuse members of the group*.
These males were modeling cognition & cognitive models with feedback from relaxed super creative women requiring freedom (the children and women were protected from both male female abusers otherwise they never would have had the nuanced psychology to invent painting which was an novelty and a desire to the males) so that perhaps we evolved making sure we are creative enough & have enough low neurosis to enable mutual intelligence & to accept all we see so that we solve problems & survive & evolve together.
Of course this creates feedback towards the evolution of mathematics as well & not all mathematicians are created equal there are some that either because of hate or brain diseases that make them abusive (& as their cognitive model) lack an appreciation of cognitive mapping & modeling to be relevant to the survival of mathematics. This is not just because some r think crime is 'okay' like pedophilia or domestic abuse when real men dont want or need women or children to be ground beef to be men rather they protect their protectors even from other women, two maths two different results one survives one goes extinct.
Or, the cognitive model or map goes extinct. This also has to do with self organizing intelligence & how to map the intuition & creative model of location entanglement & observation via virtual classes against the now of the ambient.
You are a really brilliant person & I think you are in touch with not only your own higher purpose but you have a talent for curiosity as far as doing all it takes to try to find out what the general higher purpose is of all these object interactions at scale.
Happy Monday to you & yours & thank you for your sacrifices.

So, how do I go from knowledge to skill? I bellieve in the moral element. I remember reading, years ago that even one who is hypnotized will not do something outside of morality. In the Milgram experiment what were the subjects beliefs? Or in their instruction " speak only when spoken to'. Huge influences on a developing brain. That must travel with and influence actions. It's a huge puzzle to me.
I do like the humane element though. I saw something on a Beluga whale 🐳 recently named Mela. Gotta love animal intuition too

Anyway, thankyou so much sur, this is really a treasure... my intention is to use it for self-defense, I thought I was careful enough, but it looks like I was not aware that even if I am not suggestable, compliant and focused to those from whom I don't want to be influenced, I still could be under their influence do to these 3 other factors, and even scarier, any 3 from these 6 would work against me! "I'm a map, I'm a map, I'm a map, I'm a map." Dang kids and their dang TV shows! Talking about mind control...Dora is mind control in its most hideous, evil form!....Now I'll never get that song out of my head! Just please, don't say you are also giving everyone a free backpack! Crap! I did it to myself this time!....ok...now I need to start this video over again and pay attention this time!
