I really appreciate the video. I am working on an AWD K24 swap on a 71’ Honda Z600 and I will be using first gen CRV trailing arms and front knuckles with 5 lug hubs. I already sent a message to Greg about the adapter caliper plate. Thank you again!
I can see this if you're going for a more stylish look wheel wise. For myself I actually love my rear drums on. My 97 . Reliable, long lasting and quiet. Great video!!
Rallysol has a video where he put rd1 hubs and bearing carrier on a modified ee4 trailing arm by essentially cutting the ee4 bearing carrier flush with the outer face of the rta allowing for the rd1 unit to sit flush. Proceeded to bolt them on with with no modification. These brackets should fit the wagon arm with the rallysol modification to them. I am going to be buying two sets of brackets from rawls today and making this modification. I'm aiming for a functional 5 lug brake upgrade in rear on my wagon and will follow it up with either 90-91 civic ex or integra da knuckles in the front with 36mm k swap hubs and the documented big brake upgrade feasible with either of those knuckles. My wagon is an ee4 and was robbed of its rear diff and driveshaft. I have rd1 diff and axles going into this thing and will eventually modify a crv driveshaft to fit. Running a dohc zc on oem d cable-cable rt4wd trans. Next foreseeable swap is to rd1 5spd drivetrain from my buddy for 70p bucks total once we get his rd1 squared away. And long sighted objective is to finish the k swap using a 2wd trans at first and upgrading to awd trans later, a freelander driveshaft, and a welded/pinned rd1 rear diff
Great video, I have one question tho. Does it have to be OEM 97 01 prelude caliper, or can I order a aftermarket prelude caliper? Will it still bolt up or no? I was thinking of getting some power stop red ones for 97 01 prelude. Just want to make sure before I purchase. Thank you.

Hi josh, i am planning to do the conversion soon. I have all parts already. I have one question. Do i reused the e brake components from the rear after removing the drum?
@@rt4wd_wolff yes, i have that already. I am referring to the e brake assembly next to the calipers. Where the cable attached to. I was wondering do you reused the crv
@@rt4wd_wolff sorry i am not clear. I have the accord e brake line and prelude calipers. The assembly i am referring is where the accord e brake lines connect to in the rear caliper area
Whats up im kevin diaz, I did for a friend that swap and you can run passager side on driver side and viceversa, of.course the parking brake will need to run downside it works goood!
I don't think that'll work on the RD1. If you install them bleeder up, your going to have to trim quite a bit of material on the trailing arm to clear the E brake bracket on the caliper.

What rims and tires are those? Also how high is your lift on your crv?
I need that bracket can you spell that guys name I can’t find him
what is the thickness of the adapter plate for installing the caliper
How can I get the support you use for the caliper that describes it has?
Block of wood on top of a floor jack and no jack stand hope you have a good health insurance!
I usually throw the wheel under there, and then I use multiple jacks! Never had a problem in 15yrs of messing with car 😎
how did you solve the problem with the parking brake?

No, you need cables specific to a disk brake 97 Accord.

Just the parking brake cables.

1 inch. But I don't need to use them to fit these wheels. I actually don't use the spacers right now.
