Good swirls! I love your video style! I do think you soaped a little too fluid for the blues, (sorry!). I noticed when you were pouring the blues that the batter had a slight graininess to it, which can happen if you haven't mixed thoroughly enough or the batter isn't hot enough. The paler cracked crust & paler areas on the sides are a clear indicator. Notice how it's more apparent on the tops & sides & not the middle? That's because its of course hotter in the middle. I hope this helps!

That sounds beautiful! Poppy seeds provide a bit of exfoliation, but they shouldn’t be irritating. It’s just a gentle rough sort of texture 😊
