How the heck do you afford and get ahold of so many missiles? I seem to hardly ever have more than around 5 non nuclear
Visiting a lot of hidden cities and save point cities, I'd guess. They almost always reward you with missiles, if I recall correctly
I think he's playing on easy judging by the garrisons
Usually merchant cities have 3-6 Kh15s, for money once you capture lots of garrisons the trade ships just kinda stumble into your units.
Since I’ve posted this comment I have now beaten the game with only missiles and a MC flagship
