So you really have to make sure there is no type of dust going into the area of raw copper wires or onto the circuit boards, that has not been anticipated by the designers.

You don't need bigger range if you can load your battery for 15-20 minutes. But this si not the problem, everyone can put bigger battery. Why you need updates in the first place? Good luck with any Tesla out of the warranty. They are worst even in warranty.

I am reminded of EV-1 each time I hear about electric vehicles. They could make one in the nineties that was cheaper, simpler in construction and the range wasn't worse than today. Why the heck are those modern things so expensive then.

it is amazing no doubt but a part of me still thinks its just too much machine for such a solution. Reminds me of cassette playing vs say cd. Soo many more moving mechanics vs technology. Its almost as if we have a tool to assist us to still make electric motors the old fashion way!.
Never the less i'm still empressed by the machanics.

FYI: An engine is a mechanical device that uses a fuel source to create an output. The word “engine” is generally used to refer to a reciprocating engine (steam or internal combustion) while “motor” is generally used to refer to a rotating device such as an electric motor.

Motor is how to say engine in portuguese or spanish. It comes from força motriz, wich means driving force. You are welcome.
