Nice review. I'm still a fan of physical media- primarily 4K Movies. The quality is definitely "higher" than streaming 4K, but we have to admit that most movie fans don't care, especially as the streaming quality is still very good. I like to have a product that I can literally hold on to. Streaming fees give you the right to watch a movie without actually owning it. Physical media is more like actually "owning it". Thanks again for a well done video!
Thank you for the kind words! I prefer owning a movie as well, as opposed to the digital license approach. 4K is definitely awesome with a nice TV and surround sound. It's the closest we've come to the theatre experience! I appreciate you for sharing your thoughts and appreciation. Wishing you nothing less than the best!
The delay in time from digital release and physical release prompted me to stop buying movies. Covid movie quality crash also made few movies with purchasing in my opinion.
There are a myriad of issues with release quality these days. But the dark truth is that studios are pushing for a quick digital release to alleviate piracy concerns. Since physical media is costly to produce, especially in a somewhat uncertain economic market, I can't disagree with the business sense. But I don't like the situation we've entered into.
