- Overview of ducks sitting on their eggs for 3 weeks, encountering a rat snake, a chicken who eats their eggs, and more! We weren't sure if our duck would stay on her nest but she has! We also have a broody hen sitting on her nest of 11 eggs. This video shows typical behavior of broody ducks and hens as they sit on their nests up until hatching day. Why don't you use homeland to let campers or mobile homes stay on your land say overnite stops or a week camping on your land then in time build up to a small tourist spot to stay on i believe god is tiling me to tell you you s are a wonderful family god bless you all I'm Andy from scotland and a christian😂

@@kamicastillo1451 Yes, I haven't felt comfortable with it for various reasons but I do thoughtfully consider everyone's ideas without just saying no. Because I do need income. But I still feel best about doing homeschool/mothering coaching and selling my curriculum on my blog and other websites. It's taking time, but slowly building and I hope it'll one day be enough to provide for us.
If you live in Virginia, we do and learned after killing a snake in our hen house, it is illegal to kill any snake.

I bet your egg theif is a snake. I live in VA also and keeping snakes out is a huge problem. Theyll take your hatchlings also.
