One of the things to keep in mind about the axle bolts: Use OEM ones. I've seen a few cases (i'll admit, I have 0 first hand experience) where people were breaking hardware store bolts because they don't have the proper shoulder. Once they got OEM axle to stub bolts, issue went away.

good to know! right now we are using stainless hex cap m10x1.25 bolts with serrated nuts and has been holding up so far!
