How to make Chicken Fatteh (فتة دجاج)

1 whole chicken
1/4 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 Pita bread
1 cup vegetable oil
1 Dannon Plain yogurt
2 Big cloves Garlic
1 1/4 Peacock rice
1 1/4 Royal Basmati rice
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Salt
3 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp 7 spice mix
1/2 tsp dried Cilantro
1/2 tsp Curry
4 white Mushroom
2 Tbsp Pinenuts
2 Tbsp shredded almond
Parsley (Up to taste)
