Why does After Effects not follow the Bézier curve conventions? It does the exact opposite.
Easing out usually means "fast start, slow end" and easing in means "slow start, fast end" in most other design software. "Ease X" basically means "Slow X". It's very confusing to have an ease out curve go slow at the beginning instead of at the end in After Effects. Does anybody know how to fix this behavior?

In Premiere Pro, if I put a keyframe at the very end of a clip where there's also a crossfade happening, the animation stops half way through that fade. I found that the only way to keep the animation going through the entire fade is to move the keyframe so far to the right that I can't even see it anymore (it's now outside the keyframe window in the effects panel). Surely this can't be the only solution to this? It's a pain if I want to go back and make adjustments to my keyframes, and I can't even friggin see it!! Help please.
I only want the first clip to be animated, not the one that it’s fading in to. With your suggestion both clips will be animated.
Not sure I follow. What’s the point of nesting 1 clip? I don’t see how that can make a difference. Nesting 1 clip is the same as just having the clip, no?

Is there a more simple way (than doing all by hand) to make motion more natural?
I mean the end of the motion: A little bit too far, then a bit backwards and finally to the end position. So like a little wobbling around the end of the motion.

keyframes as a concept is simple enough. I wish someone could help me make more natural looking keyframe animations like putting a different head on a body and it looking natural. Seems impossible for me.

Don't hate on linear entirely. I just had to do linear zooms on photos that need to feel continuous and linear is perfect for that.

I’m so glad I found this tutorial while wading through a ton of them. Everyone else gives theory, which we need and use, but they skip over setting key frames and shortcuts. They skip over how to delete changes. The learning curve was higher than I expected because the hot keys are very different from AI and PS. Love the way this is organized and I’m hugely entertained by your sense of humor. It really pays off to be playful. Love especially Bezier=curves.

I cant do it. I dont have tangents. They disappeared simply. I see curves only, not tangents (those little yellow pulling lines, only dots) HELP! They dont show up even when I click on a tiny dot at the end of each curve. HELP PLEASE!
