FYI, that rubber gasket will wear thru the paint and create a scor mark due to vibration. get 1" wide 3m scotch guard tape and dry fit the flare and mark the gasket location then run the tape along the body so the flare rubs on that and not the paint. love the flares but learned my lesson after i decided to paint match them after a year and when i removed them i had a nice scor mark the entire length of the flare.
@@JackWithDoodles yes i did. Its call 3m scotch guard. Its 8mil thick same as Paint protection film. You can get 1/4” to 4 inch wide rolls. I used the 1” to make sure it covered the area
The rear flare hardware doesn't have screws long enough to penetrate through the old flare so I had to use 1" self tappers Also, there wasn't enough hardware because "someone counted wrong" said bushwacker
Super helpful. I thought they had sent me the wrong ones & the instructions are a bit confusing. Thanks for a full hood video 👍
Yeah Buddy!!

Thanks for the tip!
When you put the clear tape on did you keep the rubber gasket aswell?

I need these on my 2022 HD LTZ...I plan on having them color matched . I'm currently running the stock 20" wheels on 35x12.5" tires with 2" spacers.
Yes! What color is your truck?
@@Myksgarage summit white
Hi friend what size of your tire ?
285/70/18
Looking for a friend of flowers for the rear of 3500 Duramax Dooley
Nice!!
How is the finish holding up? I have a black truck also so I would be happy with not painting them
The finish has held up great
How about now, after a year??
Dang I want some of these so bad. Are they pretty tight to the body?
Yeah they turned out great, glad i decided to install them! Thanks for watching!
Did you find any good buys on them you would recommend?
Can you tow with this wheels

Interesting
What offset are your rims?
+1. It's the only option for the 18x9 in this style
water always gets behind them and causes worst problems down the line not to mention adding more plastic to the truck 🫥
Interesting
I am in a chair. Could you come install mine lol.
👍
That looks god awful...
