You don't even know how much I was younger. And at least I thank Robin Trower for that. What a wonderful treasure trove of music.
Got to see him at a small club a couple years back. What a show. He signed for anyone who wanted something autographed . Super nice and appreciative guy.

This is what he said _" Oh, somebody actually bought this "_ He smiled with his head titled and in a very polite and pleased soft voice , said _thank you_ . I can't buy another Friday 2010 edition of BoS , but I did find the expanded Bridge of Sighs CD that equally sounds incredible. 24 bit remastered . Generally , I don't care for a lot of the newer , well let's say 2010 and up remasters, for they just mess with the original sound to much. But there are a good number of ones out there that didn't. Bridge of Sighs 1999 Expanded Edition is one of the better , or if best ones out there . Some of David Bowie's or very good , and The Beatles Sgt Pepper is very good too. For me , jazz on cds is were it's at . If you don't no this one, and you find it , try Art Blakey and The Jazz Messengers Moanin Blue Note 4003, The Rudy Van Gelder Edition. It's a very easy to like jazz work. Well I rambled a bit . I bought Robin's Expanded BoS , for I do hope to see him on his tour . See if I can get that one signed also. Sorry about your husband.

Always loved Trower:Fortunately my one of my 1st instructors was a Robin Trower Clone. When Bridge of Sighs released I kind of made him show me most of the Bridge of Sighs songs. I believe Robin Trower is underrated guitarist.
Had the extreme pleasure of seeing Robin live...twice. Many years ago at a club south of Seattle called Montana's. A few years apart. Great shows they were. Grower is the best!

Beautifully done ,nothing amazes me like true legends performing together.keep it up there are really alot of good memories Robin trower has been apart to in my life .I've seen him three time bridge of sighs, victims of the fury.and party on the plaza sold out .
Saw him in 89 in Augusta, GA. Stationed at Ft. Gordon. Won tix-radio. 50 people in a bar. I sat on a stool 3 ft away from him the whole show. Ended up home in Tallahassee 2 days later and won 2 more tix. Stood at his feet against a 4 ft stage. Best music week of my life.
@@ianbarber311 i was at his feet that night. Great view of the pedals, the air from his Marshalls was blowing my hair. Got him to autograph my deja vibe. Waited 32 years to get to see him. Worth the wait! I only wish Dewar was there.
Thanks for this beautiful soulful music. How timely and appropriate. People our age watched as all the prejudice and hate was demolished out of society and now the Forces Of Evil are trying to Divide us again as they kill our elderly and deny them working medicine. People really need to wake up and stand up and this kind of unifying music helps heal hearts and souls. God Bless You all!
