Thank you Leyla I've been following you for a while and I really appreciate your content:) Tips: 1)drink water& eat healthy 2) Remove Makeup PROPERLY (use face halo) 3) make sure all makeup is gone before cleansing 4) double cleansing (first with balm/oil cleanser, then cream/gel cleanser) 5) To remove cleanser, use hot water and flannel, be gentle 6) Massage your skin while you cleanse 7) Exfoliation (chemical/acids +scrubs) 8) Use masks often (charcoal mask) Prevention tips 1) use light weight/ non comedogenic products 2) Be aware of things that touch the face (change pillow case, sanatise phone/ hands)
Not about drinking a lot of water, rather drinking water in the correct time. It should balance your sodium intake or otherwise it'll make you feel heavy and bloated. As well as drinking probiotics and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the morning with water to feel your good microflora in your gut, and remove unnecessary yeast.
Please we need your skin care routine soooooooonnnnn !! I’m really struggling with my acne rn, idk what to do I had to stop my birth contrôle early this year and now my face is just a mountain
Mariana Serralva I’m currently on birth control too that’s helping my acne & I heard that when you stop taking it you get your acne back😭so it’s true or does it depend?
Arely Ramirez I think it all depends on the person! I started getting acne while on the pill (on my chin the most) and after I stopped it got 10x worse. And my sister stopped the pill and her skin is perfect.
Definitely agree with you with Salicylic acid and Glycolic products, as they have really helped me with my skin. This was a helpful video to watch! 👍xx
Omg this is so weird! I was just searching for products for textured skin an hour ago and then I got an notification that this video was up! Thank you so much Leyla ❤
Oh just get on accutane already and be done with it. U keep posting thess same types of video of how u cleared ur skin and its never really ever cleared. Just get on accutane and do microneedling and call it closed! Stop constantly switching ur foundations number 1. U clearly dont have the type of skin that can handle constant switching. 2. Before u start telling people to remove things from their diet, remember u are not a doctor! Go get allergy tested! 3. U are over cleasing ur skin!! KEEP IT SIMPLE!! Ur feeding false information to all these ppl and u have zero medical background!
@@lettherebelight4764 i have worked in dermatology for 4 years and do event makeup on weekends... and im not going around telling people what their skin care routine should be. Anything i say is called common sense! Go to a derm or an allergist to find the cause of ur breakouts. 2. Textured skin is NOT just skin with acne! 3. She cant pinpoint the reason from her breakouts because shes constantly switching foundations/powders. Her skin clearly is having reactions to things in certain makeup products but she doesnt use them long enough to figure that out. 4.shes over clesnsing with all these products and masks again causing more irritation. You stick with ONE product for at least a week to see if ur skin can tolerate it, if it does STICK TO IT. She has problematic skin so the worst thing she can do is constantly switch up face products... any other questions???
@@lettherebelight4764 apparently the common sense lightbulb didnt light up above her. Im helping her out since she keep complaining about it but doesnt bother seeking a medical professionals advice. A different mask every day isnt gonna clear up acne. Neither is 20 different cleasners. Shes making her skin worse. Dump the masks, use ONE cleanser. If shes not allergic to sulfur soap that is once cleansing product that will clean the skin of ALL makeup and bacteria and treat acne.
V she is just letting people know what worked for her. Her skins looking nice. She does state she’s not a specialist and it’s just her own skin care routine. I hear what you’re saying though but you don’t need to be an expert to share your own experiences but yes, seeking a professional is helpful
