Fungal Acne is just a symptom of the body that means you have a yeast (fungus) overgrowth. If you have fungal acne, you may have chest acne as well or develop things like ringworms or (if you're a female) your vagina will tend to burn alot (not yet a yeast infection but more prone to getting them). Your tongue says alot about your health as well. If it's white (Like your tongue looks really white and probably a hint of yellow and thick white in the back of it that's yeast and digestive issues) you probably have dandruff as well. It can be genetic but can most definitely be "cured" by eating antifungal foods and taking Probiotics and ENZYMES.
Aka its just Candida (not Canada lol) . Everybody has it. It's a fungus we all have its just bad if it's grows out of control. You are completely fine and you are not going to die.
Here's what I used to get my candida lower which also cured my acne, hormonal issues, chest acne brain fog, stomach issues (You do not need pharmacy medicine to cure this. Pharmaceutical medicine works, but your body builds resistance to those drugs over time) It's always best to go natural. But whatever you wanna use it's up to you.
      -Biofase
      -Stonehedge 50 bil probiotics
      -Drinking aloe vera water
      -Taking propolis
-Anti yeast Tonic from Khroma herbs
-Garlic cloves sliced (or just eat the thing if you want a stronger effect)
      -Ginger root sliced
      -Cinnamon in drinks
ALL OF THIS IS ON AMAZON
A diet low in sugar during this healing is necessary to beat it. However I did not follow a strict diet as its not necessary. But before hand I was already in a diet rich in lean meats and vegatables. I cut down my intake on sugary fruits and candy during this protocol that is all.
I have used Nizoral on my face in the past but I didn't want to rely on a face cleanser (shampoo) that's masking the problems I have inside my body.
      7/13/19
UPDATE: I now take Candisolv and Threelac for my candida. These are the best products so far that has actually made a dent for me to KEEP candida away while eating how much grains and fruit as I want. (The candida diet is far too strict and my supplemtns felt like they stopped working. Key ingredient you need is chitnase) The other products worked okay but I couldn't stand not eating fruit and rice. I tested this on and off and threelac and Candisolv has proved to better and longer lasting and WAY LESS EXPENSIVE. I still have NO ACNE NO BLOATING HORMONAL ISSUES NO WHITE TONGUE NO DANDRUFF. none of the bad stuff.
      UPDATE 5/8/20
I still take candisolv and Threelac or Fivelac to keep my candida away. I have noticed that overtime if I take an antibiotic (collodial silver as well) or birth control tab (Plan B) it will kill my gut bacteria and my candida will come back in full force and I may have to start the 5 month treatment over. If you do have a pregnancy and you don't want to have the child I'd recommend you have a SURGICAL ABORTION. (Yes they are pricey) And to not need antibiotics after the abortion it's a hit or miss with that one depends on how smoothly the procedure went. This is just to avoid with the Plan B messing with your hormones which takes time to go back to normal. If you want your hormones normal I'd suggest taking ForeverBrazen supplements instead of birth control to fix your hormones, of course you can have a fine pregnancy while having candida but the baby will have candida as well depending on your level of fungus overgrowth.

After my skin is clear, I work on clearing any spots/discoloration/texture.

Fungal acne is not as common as people think.. If you think you have an issue, see a doctor. Don’t self diagnose/treat. It’s telling when people don’t understand the difference between fungi and bacteria, or candida and other yeast species ....

I was just get rid off Malassezia infection too, undergo 3months suffering and I found a treatment with Nizoral shampoo & cream.. many doctors or even pharmacists mixed up acne with Malassezia folliculitis.. I went to many clinics and pharmacies until I did the research and symptoms and insist to buy these medicine and tried to apply. The affected area was under control even within a week.. now is almost fully recovered... thanks GOD Now I also check the ingredients before using the skincare or even makeup products to prevent from fungal infection as well as sensitivity

Tied kk beauty due to the hype, broke out my skin worse then ever in my 45y non blemish skin type life, tried dandruff shampoo on face as I don't get hair dandruff, for less then a week & done nothing.
Now only use one of the kk products once a day (oil cleanser) another plant type cleanser to double cleanse PM routine - Niacinamide for enlarged pores AM - after double cleansing, vit c & hyaluronic acid + spf. These things helped improve my skin from the point of suicide

Not sure if this will help anyone but I had severe fungal acne. I thought it was caused by normal acne bacteria but about 90+ percent of my pimples were caused by fungal acne. I finally decided to go to the dermatologist and he took less than a minute to diagnose me with fungal acne. Because it was soooo severe, he prescribed me Ketoconazole pills for a few weeks. I broke out even more but only about 1-2 months after, my skin cleared dramatically. I still had some fungal acne and I had visited the dermatologist too late because I had scars. He also told me that they were likely to come back to I would basically always have to be taking extra measures on my skin. He suggested I use fungal cream (advertised as for feet but works on the face just as well). I still noticed bumps despite all this so I tried using Nizoral on my face. I leave it on for a few minutes. Let's see how my face looks in a few months :/ a big hint for you if you aren't sure you have fungal acne is that the same pimples can stay on your face for literal months.

I use a foaming face wash called Femcinol and an acne ointment Femcinol ADP. Wash my face with it twice a day and apply the ointment only at night time and on the acne or pimples not on the entire face like a cream though. It has been working well for me! I had a very bad reaction to a fake concealer I used which broke out my skin really badly. The acne would hurt, my face would hurt, I would be ashamed of going out and even touching my face was so hard! I don't know if anyone knows about the bad acne pain, but initially I used to grind some "neem tree leaves" and use that paste as a mask at night and then wash it off and in the morning use the face wash. Neem is a natural antioxidant which actually kills bacteria and fungus which is why it is also used to cure some basic illnesses when drank in the form of "Kaadha" and it increases immunity. So I used medicine and something natural to cure my bad acne, I still have two three break outs though but it's a process! I hope you find it helpful! My face is much better now and I'm so much more confident!

I suffered from fungal acne my first year and a half of college. It sucked so bad lol and I tried Curology but that just purged my skin and only helped slightly. Differin Gel is what completely changed my skin and keeps my fungal acne under control. The dandruff is very drying for your skin and in general isn’t formulated to be used as s skincare mask. The Noble Formula 2% Zinc Pyrithione soap is a MUCH better option for the skin on your face.

    - i just leave it for 15 minutes then i noticed my skin became red
-i just used the shampoo and benzoyl peroxide, no other skincare.....but i guess if u had skincare routine it will help more(but depending what your skincare products are for)

I wouldn't use Nizoral on face because it can be very drying and even destroy the good bacteria. I've tried it and the bumps always came back.... Until I stopped eating gluten and found gentle skincare routine. I also use BHA toner 1-2 times a week.
Edit: In addition, I don't use silicones in my skincare routine anymore. It's hard to find right products but Avène has many.

MAKE SURE to mix it with water and use a moisturiser after. I use the t-zone gel cream with tea tree, salicylic acid ect. I got it from home bargins for 45p LIKE WOOW i use to use any lotion on my face tbh. But yh just a bit of advice 4 you :)
