    1. Take off makeup with micellar water
    2. Cleanse face (cetaphil and cerave)
    3. Toner (balances ph of your skin)
    4. Cerave rough and bumpy skin (salicylic acid and lactic acid) - skin tingles a bit with it
    5. Still moisturise your skin even if you’re oily (a sign of dehydration)
    6. The ordinary salicylic acid (for spots/pimples)
    7. Chemical peel (not suitable for sensitive skin) - the ordinary
    8. Be patient with removing texture
    9. Wear sunscreen
    Edit: OMG thank you so much for all the likes😭

    It’s really good that you’re promoting the use of CHEMICAL exfoliants rather than the physical exfoliants like the St. Ives Apricot Scrub! The ones that I use and love are the Mario Badescu “Glycolic Foaming Cleansee” it’s light green in color and you can get it at ulta for $16! It’s 6 ounces and a bottle lasted me about 2 months. I used it once a day and then after two weeks, I used it twice a day. It’s great because it shows you instant results. Your skin will begin to peel and shed. However it makes it pretty dry so you’ll need to moisturize. She recommends a GREAT line of products in this video! Cerave is the best skincare you can get at the drugstore. It’s fragrance-free and has the best ingredients. The SA lotion she recommends would pair super well with the Glycolic Foaming Cleanser! If you have more questions my Instagram is @SophiaVelosa, you can send me a DM anytime!

    Some advice for the order to apply products is the lighter consistencies first and the heavier consistencies after. For example it's usually
    1. Face wash
    2. Toner
    3. Essense and serums
    4. Moisturizer
    5. Facial oils
    6. SPF (SPF is always the last step and so important especially because some serums make your face sentive from the sun)

    • @dimitratheromanian7928
      @dimitratheromanian7928 5 років тому +3

      you are actually supposed to moisturize before facial oils because oils are thicker than creams .. (go from thinnest to thickest)

    • @XenaCallisto
      @XenaCallisto 5 років тому

    Important for all who suffer from texture irregularities!! I had and must suffer from texture irregularities, just like you and what really helped was apple cider vinegar !! A UA-camr has shown that she has used this in daily skin care and I've tried to use this to lose those little pimples that can‘t be squeezed out (just as she said it) on her cheeks. With this apple cider vinegar, I soaked the vinegar in a pad and applied it to the whole face. I also make vinegar masks. All you need is a tissue, you can put it in completely with apple cider vinegar, gently squeeze out the excess vinegar and make yourself a hole for your mouth and nose. Leave the mask for a few minutes and wipe off your whole face with it. The texture irregularities don‘t need that much anymore, it is disappearing!! I tried it for not more than a week and it got really better!! My skin is glowing, clean and soo SMOOOTHJ omg😭 Don‘t use it too much and if you do what I did with that vinegar, you don‘t need that all products, it‘s a promise. I use sometimes a good cream to moisture my face, but do not use the vinegar too often and not too much skin care products, the vinegar is really enough. And I use the mask even tho I have a freaking sensitive skin

    i’ve been using the cerave sa cleanser, stridex maximum strength pads (the red ones), the cerave sa lotion and the sunscreen lotion in the am and the moisturizing night cream at night and i have seen the BIGGEST difference. i’ve been using this routine with cutting out physical exfoliation and extreme masking (masking once a week with a hydrating clay mask) for about a month and a half now and i haven’t had this clear of skin in YEARS. i have also starting taking some vitamins as well which have helped a lot. i’ve struggled with acne, especially congestion for most of my teen years (i’m now 20) and although my skin is not perfect or “glass skin” i have never had such smooth, soft and hydrated skin. take her advice ladies and gays she is the reason i have gotten my confidence back!!

    This is EXACTLY the video I needed right now. I’m buying everything tomorrow and giving it a shot! My skin is everything to me since I don’t know how to apply makeup that looks filtered and I wear glasses on top of that so most of the time I just throw on mascara and eyebrow gel with some tinted chapstick. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH on top of everything you were super duper informative and I learned shit I didn’t even know so thanks sis 🙏🏽💜

    For those who wonder why the skin produce oil if it feels dry but not water? Believe it or not our skin is really clever and try to take action for a long term effect. The oil would prevent excessive moisture loss. If the skin produces water, it will need to produce it continuously as water is quick to evaporate. Plus, for people who constantly eats greasy food even more than drinking water, the body would not be running out of oil to produce. Water however is more important for the whole body and if you aint drinking enough, why would the body waste it on skin.. When other vital organs actually needs water to run all its daily process.. Organs can fail due to dehydration but the skin will only look bad because of dehydration. So yeah for our skin ,its not hard to choose between death or ugly. We however have difficult time whether to choose drinking plain boring water or canned fruit juice.
