When I lost weight I looked like a zombie but when I started working out I had to eat healthy and be aware of my food sources and complete my protein & fiber intake my face looked so much better !!
I know im really late but eating less is not the solution for face or body fat! eating no or little amounts of food slows down your metabolism, making fat loss harder. You need to eat lots of protein and have a balanced diet, take in the right amount of calories that your doctor recommends you and be on a calorie deficit.
