One thing i learnt in quarantine is that time is valuable and limited....I've seen alot of my loved ones go without the chance to express true emotions...I've learnt to be kinder and spend quality time with my family. Its funny you made this video and had a giveaway on skincare because I'm bonding with my sisters by creating home remedies for our acne, i guess it was faith i hope I'm noticed at least it was fun to enter and share.

    Things I learned during quarantine
-I need another stream of income
    - I was in a TOXIC relationship
    - I enjoy being at home and home decor
    - I’m real sensitive
    - I’m stronger than I really thought
    - God hasn’t forgot about me and still in the blessing game.

    *CLEAR SKIN*
    1. Wash your face twice a day.
    2. Use a mild cleanser.
    3. Apply an acne-fighting agent. ( skip it if you're allergic to it. )
    4. Apply a moisturizer.
    5. Exfoliate.
For chemical exfoliants, like masks or lotions, aim for once or twice a week. For physical exfoliants, like scrubs or brushes, aim for three or four times a week.
    6. Get plenty of sleep.
    7. Choose makeup that won't clog your pores.
    8. Don't pick at your skin.
( It’s really, really hard not to pick at a zit. But, for the health of your skin, it’s important to resist.
Picking or popping a zit exposes the pore to even more bacteria, including those from your hands. It also increases the risk of infection or scarring.
If you have a pimple that really hurts, see a dermatologist. They can perform specialized treatments to safely get rid of the pimple while also minimizing the risk of infection. )
    9. Go easy on the sugar.
    10. Don't smoke...
    11. not last but least, REALX!^^
    BONUS:
When it comes to clear skin, pay attention to what you put on your face like cleansers, moisturizers, makeup, and what you don’t like unwanted bacteria from your fingers or dirty brushes and sponges.
Focusing on certain lifestyle factors, like quality sleep, a healthy diet, and stress management, can make a difference to your skin too.
If you’ve tried several types of treatments for your acne and nothing works, make an appointment with a dermatologist. They may prescribe treatments like antibiotics or prescription medications to help clear your skin. GOOD LUCK!😊

I stopped using cleanser for 9 months reason is that it dries my skin out and I have to use moisturizer I have open pores on my face and scars from popping so many pimples so it causes a bad reaction and causes bacteria I let my skin heal by itself and started to use gentle cleaner cerave is the best for people with sensitive skin I used acne products for 2 years skin care brands don’t tell u these things acne products are not meant for people with severe acne unless it’s something like accutane her skin is different she isn’t even supposed to be using all that’s she wasting her money all she need is spf moisturizer and cleanser

    - i don't have to be skinny
    - food doesn't help my problems
    - not all friends last forever
    - it's not scary to try new things
    - don't be scared to stand up for yourself
    - speak your thoughts to others
    - i ain't gotta try and save everyone
    - love myself like i love others
    - you can be sad and let out your feelings
    - god will help you throughout every situation and has a plan for me

thank you so much for this! honestly, people that have never suffered from acne really don’t even know how much your self confidence goes down with it. i honestly wish that everyone could experience acne at some point in their life bc people that have always had clear skin just really don’t understand how hard it is to have acne. i’m currently struggling with acne and i literally cry everyday about it. i’m so tired of feeling like this and i miss my clear skin so bad. anyways, this isn’t some pity party or anything but yeah i just wanted to say, if you have clear skin, you are so lucky and do not take that for granted bc in an instant your skin could turn bad and all of your confidence goes with it. so yeah, just be grateful.

I know this video is 2yrs old but I just found it. I’ve been using her regimen for 2wks consistently now step by step. I’m using everything she used except the retinol, only because it’s prescribed. Omg let me tell y’all this has been a game changer for my skin!!!! My dermatologist had me on tretinoin and some type of antibiotic. My next option was going to be accutane. The tretinoin cream did help with the scarring but I was still having breakouts which was so annoying. I was skeptical at first to try this because I do have sensitive skin and she’s using so many products but I said what the hell I’m desperate 😂I’m not gonna lie the first few days did burn, and that scared me, so instead of applying the 10% benzoyl cream twice a day, I cut back to only at night. Worked like a charm! Now my skin is use to it so I’m back to twice a day. I’m just so excited typing this because my skin is really looking amazing now! Please try it if you’re on the fence.

Your skin is absolutely stunninggg!!! Just a recommendation, try using just the panoxyl in the morning and omit the up & up benzoyl peroxide as well as cleansing with panoxyl at night. Benzoyl peroxide is great at cleaning out your pores, but in excess it’s overly stripping to the skin. Retinol also nullifies benzoyl peroxide so using it together makes the products less effective.

    Tips:
-Know your skin type and skin concerns and if you need help, search up videos or do research and or see a dermatologist to get the products you’re looking for.
-Do NOT use ice on your face, it can make your skin more sensitive.
-I recommend using a chemical exfoliant for longer effects rather than physical.
-If you use a towel to dry please pat your skin instead of rubbing it.
-Do NOT use paper towels or tissues on your face to clean. (Recommend reusable cotton pads)
-Stay hydrated! (Although it’s not scientifically proven that it will help the skin but it should be essential to you every day already)
    -ALWAYS USE SUNSCREEN
-For sheet masks, it should be a 1 only use so please don’t reuse the sheet masks and serum inside for the face.
    -Be aware of skincare DIYS
-Use reusable cotton pads so you can wash them instead of throwing them away.
-Never use scrubs for your face.
-Don’t touch your face a lot since your hands can be dirty.
-Wash your pillows/bedsheets often like once a week or so.
-Clean the things you touch every 1-2 months.
-For sheet masks only do the maximum of 15 minutes.
The only steps you need in skincare:
-Micellar Water with a cotton pad (if you have makeup)
-Cleansing oil or balm (if you have very oily skin or have makeup)
    -Cleanser
    -Moisturizer
    -Sunscreen
    Skincare steps with extras:
    Extras = *
    Daytime-
    -Cleanser
    *Toner
*Serum (please check which serums you use if it’s for AM or PM)
    -Moisturizer
    -Sunscreen
    Nighttime-
-Cleansing oil or balm (if you have very oily skin or have makeup)
    -Cleanser
    *exfoliator (chemical or physical)
    *Toner
    *Serum
    *Sheet mask
    -Moisturizer
This is just a small comment but I hope it helps!
Oh, small reminder it can also be your diet and the food you consume too so be on the lookout for that~

Before quarantine, I was working out for almost a year straight and eating healthier. Now, I let my self go and fell into a depression that I am finding hard to get out of. I am starting nursing school soon and the financial and other factors that goes a long with that are stressing me out, too! I’m scared to go back into the gym rn because I’m scared out what people will say about me since I’ve put on some weight! I’m trying to love my self again by working out at home, eating better day by day, and trying to stay positive! So, quarantine has definitely taught me to take time for myself, even if it’s little progress ❤️ thank you for doing this giveaway! Stay blessed!
