When I bought my DRESSKX I took a look at the GMT that were on display. Honestly, they look more expensive than they are and they also look smaller than you may imagine from the videos. The lume fits perfectly with the teal. I will eventually buy the GMT with orange dial, for it shows good summer and fall vibes!
If you're around Montreal I can get you that orange GMT with a sweet discount! Just pm me on insta :) The orange versions are nice because they have matching bezel markings! All other colorways have white markings
@@NorthernWatchClub Yeah! Dude, I have been willing to go to Montreal but time has not allowed. As soon as I make it, I will let you know! Probably will take a while, but I will do my best to make it happen before it is too late (ehm... winter).
Really great video man. Torn between 38mm and 42.5mm 5KX but I think I have to settle with 42.5mm as I really want the blue one. I'm also planning to get a jubilee bracelet as it looks more premium or I could go all in and get GMT instead
Thanks for watching! Yeah 5kx + aftermarket jubilee is almost the same price as just getting the GMT, I'd say get the functionality that's more useful to you in that case. One thing I forgot to mention is that with the GMT even if you don't track another time zone and leave it to be same timezone, it serves as a am/pm indicator to save you time when the watch runs out of power reserve and you have to set it again :)
Really really insightful video!! I have a question, I’m l looking to get my first Seiko Diver but I can’t decide which to get. I like the fit of my g shock DW5600 and want something similar, I have about a 6.25” wrist so sizing is a little difficult, and I don’t really have a good AD near me so I can’t try them on. Currently I’m looking at the SRPK29 and the SRPD95, but also considering a Turtle. Any recommendations? Budget about~250. Thanks!
Due to the small sizing of the 5kx at 38mm, it has a pretty bulky appearance Ig (haven't seen it in person). So like, if I buy it now, for my 6¼ inch wrist, and later on my wrist size grows, would it be a problem and will I have to shift to the 42 mm?? (I'm still a kid, saving for my first automatic 😅)

Facts! 🔥
Very nice video 👍 i am confused between 38mm and gmt , i have 6.1 inch wrist
I think the 38 would look best on you, they didn't come out with the 38mm GMT yet but I'm sure they will :)
I really like this video, the information is so clear and detailed ❤️
Thank you 🙏

What did you decide on ?
Great video. I really ca't decide between the 38mm or 42.5mm
How big is your wrist?
@@NorthernWatchClubmine is 6.5 inch but I’m 6’ tall hard to decide, I prefer elegant look ..
@@JitinMisra I have 6.5 inch wrist and both fit me, it depends if you like "manlier" bigger or more elegant / smaller
I’m in the same situation. What did you decide on ? For me it was the thickness that I don’t like about the 42 but I like the diameter size lol
@@OGJesse420 I went 42 and I'm pretty sure the 38 would have been too small looking at how the 42 fits
Really wish you'd taken that damn glove off can't really get a accurate view of 42 compared to a 38 maybe next time
Mine is 6.1 inch wrist, is the 40mm still acceptable? Or would it be best to get the 38mm?
Oh and great Vid btw👍👍
I'd say 38mm, the 42 is pretty bulky
I wish they had the teal GMT I already have the yellow one… I’m about to buy the orange one next
Orange is very very nice

I'd go with the 38mm srpk for a 6.25 inch wrist, I used to own a srpd 42mm but found it too bulky (I have a 6.5 inch wrist)
Very informative video. Thank you 😊
My pleasure
Hello, kindly help.
I have a 6.7in wrist, which is better for me. 38mm or 42mm?
I have a 6.5 inch wrist and I can wear both no problem I think for you 42.5 would look better. But you can definitely pull off the 38mm too
@ thanks for the tip

It depends how big your wrist grows to be haha, the 38mm wears big on average wrists too
@@NorthernWatchClub does it look too bulky or weird on a smaller wrist?
@@RCYT_ it's all very subjective , try it out in a store and look at it in front of a mirror to see if it's too big or not
@@NorthernWatchClub Umm, I don't think I'll find it anywhere nearby, but thanks a lot for replying! I subbed 🎉
Hi, do you have any idea whats the size of the dial for SRPK33K1?
