During a playthrough, I once stole a Genji Glove off of Kefka during the Narshe battle. I have never been able to replicate that steal and from my understanding that's not Kefka's "rare" steal. Maybe I got lucky with a once in a lifetime glitch. :/
@FF6andLufiaCrazed You've gotta stay tuned for when Kefka trolls South Figaro, in part 2! This is not done using the "Moogle Suit", but rather it was an in-battle custom event created just for this battle. You will still be able to steal from the merchant and the soldier without problem. Changing the battle music is easy, I could do it.
Not only does he take his clothes, he even laughs. Just needed the noise (Kefka's vocal laugh).
