I’m not understanding how adding Freon fixes the problem. Those systems should NEVER need Freon. That means you sold it with an AC leak brother. That person will be out of AC in 30-60 days
What is that $380 dealer fee for? Did you buy under somebody license or consign with someone?
Kinda unclear to me as I'm a dealer, you can buy from copart / iaai as an individual but you have to pay sales tax and higher fees, when i buy as a dealer i don't pay sales tax and lower fees but when i sell i have to pay sales tax or collect sales tax and remit to the state.

Hey, Preciate it. It’s better to buy from insurance because you know the car is in the auction because it was in an accident. Sometimes private sellers try to sell lemons on the auction so you have to be careful.
I got a couple of questions bro.
1st) Is there anyway I can see how much labor is going to cost before I buy the car?
2) How do I know what’s the correct labor amount so body shops and mechanics don’t overcharge me and rip me off?
It’s something you learn along the way. Estimate $300 per panel, that’s a decent price to start

hey bro i was wondering the process for the buyers since you sell the cars as a salvage title what are the next steps the buyer has to take in order to make the car rebuilt in order to be able to register & insure it?
Same thing as a clean title. They add the car to their insurance and get a plate from the dmv. I do all the inspections before selling the car so they don’t have to worry about that.

Idk where this dude lives but in Massachusetts when you buy a salvage you gotta bring it to the state police inspection before you can sell it and register it and you need proof of receipts for every part you bought to fix the car.
We have that in my state too, but only for vehicles 5 years and newer.

Don’t forget an extra grand goes into paperwork to turn the salvage title into a rebuilt title, plus inspection by the state and state tax. He does not include that part

You don’t have to register the car if you’re a dealer which means you don’t pay tax to convert the title you can keep it registered to your dealership. I know this bc I use a broker and I do have to pay tax like you’re saying but bilal goes through a dealership
