Ive been watching you now for few yrs and you should be extremely proud of yourself. Start till now is crazy. Thank you from all of us because i dont think you know what you do for us. @4:40 Talking about lining up the center holes. Use a spring loaded center punch and then drill the hole with a small drill bit or use a self centering drill bit.
I made a round 33Hz-26Hz adjustable sliding port about 4 years back for my build. It’s definitely nice to be able to enjoy all the music in the world without having to swap out the drivers for one with more excursion to make up for the lack of low port tuning!
Can't wait to see the final result of this build. Been watching for a while now! Getting anxious.

On the left side of your drill press, there is the adjustable stop on that silver bar. Once you get your countersunk depth, set that and repeat on the other holes. A little bit of setup goes a long way.

I just built a sub tuned at 32Hz and it plays so loud that the ear distort and everything in the house shakes and rattles LOL.
It's such a great feeling when everything works out better than planned.

Been watching this sense you bought the van, straigh youre a car audio guy i legit have the fullest respect for. i hate those who have systems talk about it tho they didnt build it like wtf lol. this is 100% what its all about building your system from the ground up knows every little part of it. this is what seprates the men from the boys. oh yes im beyond excited to see the final product specially when you get the system tuned and post videos of it.
Man I love your builds and you are a perfectionist a lot of guys just slap some ply wood in there but you just make everything sleek and clean I love it keep up the good work
