  • Elevate Your Mood with Circular Brain-Based Movements! 🧠✨
Join Ben in this brain-boosting exercise designed to break through stagnation and boost your energy levels. Learn how continuous, fluid movements can signal to your brain that you're not stuck but in constant motion.
👉 Grab a virtual beach ball as Ben guides you through rotational movements, enhancing your focus on hand patterns rather than mental clutter. This shortened version of a favorite form incorporates counting to eight with each rotation, making it easy for you to follow along.
    ⚙️ Steps:
1️⃣ Right hand on top, left hand at waist level - rotate the imaginary ball for eight counts.
2️⃣ Switch hand positions - left hand on top, right hand at waist level - repeat the rotation for eight counts.
3️⃣ Place the ball in the midline, spin it vertically for eight counts.
4️⃣ Repeat the entire cycle, staying absorbed in the pattern.
As you immerse yourself in this brain-based movement, feel the surge of energy and heightened focus. It's not just an exercise; it's an energizing journey for both body and mind. Shake off any residual tension and embrace a renewed sense of vitality!

Can this be as helpful if done with an actual light ball?

Love it. I did all three positions and then I did all three again and spun the ball the opposite direction. It was fun and my mind came back a bit .. something my mind is learning that is CAN do (after 58 years!) :D

i just tried this and to me it feels weirdly disconnected on a visceral level. Feels like there is an in-congruence between brain and hands movement. Meaning, when i start to move hands in circular motion, i feel i need to sloooow down so that my brain can understand what the hands are saying through that movement and then i feel how the hands need to move in different ways (as it comes from the inside out) so that the body and the brain are in sync together and following the inner flow. Im sure this works for some, but for me, I cant just move my hands following the exercise rules without sensing the visceral flow. Maybe its because i am neurodivergent, autistic and kinesthetic?
