Update so after doing a factory reset the watch was ok then as soon as i started re downloading my watch faces the same problem happened again so i re-applied the fix shown in the video and the proceeded to download all my watch faces and transfer all my music to the watch suscessfully ,And Now the watch is running perfect again i really think this has something to do with the HARMONYOS 3 update i hope they rollout a software update to address this issue MY WATCH WAS WORKING PERFECTLY BEFORE THE UPDATE
This is kinda scary, I'm considering between this watch and the new Huawei Fit special edition at a lower price with built in gps. But the fit only has harmonyOS 2. But then you show that HarmonyOS 3 update for the GT Runner has this issue, so I'm torn.
Hello sir, huawei gt pro 579 , turned off by itself, I tried to turn it on by press the button for 6 seconds and it works but only for 3-5 minutes, it will turned off again, please help me

I am having some issue but mine is on HARMONY OS.4.0.0.11. I do not have any watch downloaded or music. Did you only fix it by factory reset?
it happened to me, sadly i got dc ed when trying to set watch face... is there anything to get recovery mode? so i can get factory reset?
Is there any problem with the watch after 2 years? Like, how durable is it? Does the watch become slower and less responsive?
It died after the harmony os 3 update however I managed to fix it
