Excellant! As a single 65 year old woman, I am VERY interested in simple recipes with minimum prep and as many colors and variety of vegetables we need. This was great because I'm tired of all the dishes to wash, every day.
So fun to watch and learn! I couldn’t decide which meal would be my favorite because they all looked so delicious! I’ll make each one this week and see! Thank you! I love the easy banter you all have with each other! Truly enjoyable to watch until the end!
I am just one person. I have the small Caraway pan, and I also have the Plantstrong pancake mixes -- 1/3 C and 1/3 C of soy milk and the pan on Medium. Fills the little pan and makes a wonderful pancake -- then I top with defrosted frozen fruit and if I have a banana add it as well, and about 1 tsp Maple syrup! A yummy fast breakfast and no sticking of the pancake whatsoever!!! Love Plantstrong and Caraway!
So wait, are the Caraway pans good for pancakes? So funny how Brian and Ann ran to get some tofu! Loved this series btw and the "not bothering with a lot of laundry" & eyeballing the ingredients!! Thanks for the yummy, quick meals.
One of MY FAVORITE go to meals, I bake my tofu in the oven, use the DELICIOUS peanut sauce from the Engine 2 cookbook, and steamed veggies, now I’ll add salad greens to the bottom of the bowl…SO simple and satisfying!!! Love this series💖
I love the 15 min meal idea! Sometimes plant based recipes can be complicated and time consuming. This is perfect after coming home from working all day!
Thank you Jane!!! I have enjoyed this fun 15 minute meal series so much!! I have made the first two days meals and gonna make yours tomorrow. I LOVE Caraway pans too!!
LOOOOOVE this so much! Thanks folks for these recipes. On vacation now in a house and plan on making these twice in 2 weeks. Just made greens, grains and beans!
I love this sauce! I have made this without the peanut butter when I am out of the peanut powder and it is still so good. Tonight I actually made this over whole wheat pasta since I didn't have tofu. So so good!
I was eating my peanut noodles with fresh vegetables looking at Jane making heres. So much fun! Maybe you can make some recipe videos for children? I have a 5 and a 2 year old. Love to see some fun food for birthdays and treats for classmates. :)
Question, this seems to make more than 1 serving which is awesome. I am sure it can be stored in fridge for a few days. How about in freezer? Thanks :)
He said they are the same thing (Jane actually called it Grits and Greens) but they are not. Grits are a coarser grind. It appeared he didn’t cook the cornmeal, just let it sit in hot water. I would think the grits would have to be cooked to get soft enough.
Yes, tempeh is better than tofu in some ways. I like to make my own tempeh. It’s not too that hard. Tofu is lot harder to make, but I can buy organic tofu for a great price at my local Kroger.

Agreed- I have been overwhelmed in “recipe land “ as it were….
What can I-make, that then I can freeze etc. …
Definitely tired of dishes!
You all are so much fun to watch! My vote is for Jane's dish. I have peanut sauce running through my veins too! Thank you for all the fun!

Eleven year vegan here I am for sure gonna make all those dishes.
Thank you again! 🌸🤗🌸
All dishes looks yummy!
For some reason “prison stew” cracked me up 😂
Because it’s true! I do like lentils but whatever I add them to makes me feel like I’m eating gruel.
I need a 15 minute meal that takes about 5 minutes to clean up after 😂. Dishes are the bane of my kitchen life.
Thank you
Try Naked PB for peanut taste with no saturated fat and no added sugars or salt.
Yes! I keep forgetting I have that in my cupboard, it’s about to expire, I need to start using it.
More 15-minute meals, please! 😁😊
Love this, going to make them for aure
I love any asian dish's. I can't wait to try this recipe! 🤤💗
I don't like tofu so i will use tempeh instead.

Question, this seems to make more than 1 serving which is awesome. I am sure it can be stored in fridge for a few days. How about in freezer? Thanks :)
Looks yummy
is your discount code no longer available? It keeps getting rejected. Thanks!
Any concern with oils on peanut butter?
What about Our Place pans?
Can you use Grits, instead of Corn Meal for yesterday's Polenta?
He said they are the same thing (Jane actually called it Grits and Greens) but they are not. Grits are a coarser grind. It appeared he didn’t cook the cornmeal, just let it sit in hot water. I would think the grits would have to be cooked to get soft enough.
awesome video . Is there printable recipe.

How much tamari and maple syrup for the tofu?
I love PB, but it bothers my gut. Is there a remedy so I can eat it without being bothered?
Have you tried the powdered peanut butter?

Where can I get no-oil peanut butter? I can not have oil, I need oil-less recipes.
Throw peanuts in your food processor and blend
Prison stew is served in cardboard trays. At least on rikers! I laughed
Don’t worry about aesthetics, time is the issue
"Glug glug" is a technical measurement term..😊
Was this a contest? I vote: 1st place: Jane; 2. Ann; 3. Brian
