Found a recipe for homemade vegan Worcestershire sauce for anyone who doesn’t have store-bought:
    Vegan Worcestershire Sauce:
    1 Tbsp Ketchup
    1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    Dash of Hot Sauce
    Pinch of Garlic Powder
    Pinch of Onion Powder
Whisk to combine and use 1-1 ratio as substitute in any recipe.

I like the fact that you called out the aesthetic of the book, because I really do love it. The pic with you two running with the giant fork is the best. Also, just the quality of the paper stock and the general feel of the photos is so great. BTW, the brussels sprouts tots and basic hummus (surprisingly!) are favs in our house. I love that Ann "stole" leftover tofu.

The gouda is amazing! I'll definitely be making that again.
    Point to note:
You've got the pronunciation of Worcestershire right, but not the sauce.
"Wuster-sher" is right for the county, but the sauce is just "Wuster sauce" rather than "Wuster-sher sauce".
Because English speakers love to make things difficult for ourselves!

I love you guys so much! (PS totally making it for lunch tomorrow) One more thing…. There’s a small moment in the video where Jane reaches out and adjusts her mothers hair. It only lasts a split second, but it was so meaningful to me. My mother past away a few years ago and I remember experiencing moments like that. Funny how, when the heart cracks open, it has room to fill with joy. Thank you for that❤️
