MX5 CAR CUP ROUND 3 // RACE 2 // JOHN CONNOLLY // SMSP // 26 AUGUST

Round 3 of the MX5 Car Cup saw some tight battles between Weekend Australian Driver John Connolly and fellow class driver Paul Nudd. Taking on the Druitt Circuit at SMSP the shorter track proved an exciting change for the MX5's and overall made traffic heavier for the drivers. With only a hundredth of a second between Connolly (1:16.8092) and Nudd's (1:16.9359) best times throughout the day it made for an exciting drive.
