Drinking a 8-16 oz water bottle every morning 30 on an empty stomach before breakfast, oatmeal for breakfast, steamed veggies with most of my lunches, yogurt for a snack and going on long walks everyday is what finally helped me with constipation. I no longer have to PUSH when on the toilet it just slides out smoothly. Goodluck everyone.

That's how my chronic constipation started. I'm going to stray away from being too graphic, but I had a really bad stomach virus and it gave me really bad runs. Let's just say the constant need to use the bathroom ended up leaving me raw and battle-scarred. I started fearing going for as long as the pain remained, and then it became a problem where I literally could not go anymore without strain. Even with a proper diet and exercise, it just became a chronic issue. I miss the feeling of being empty.

As per Dr Manthena garu, Vijayawada, India
      # Drink 750 ML luke warm water WITHIN 5 MINUTES
      # Chew the water like coffee, to make it Alkaline Water with the help of Saliva.
      # Again, Drink another 250 to 500 ML water after 20 minutes.
Note : If 10L water is taken in 20 installments in a day, this is of no use. The idea is to take lots of water at a time. Expect excellent & 100% guaranteed results in the health within 1 week.

Lol. My big colon works bit better still. Smell kodiak and swallow sylvia. Always swallow sylvia. More water. I used to use 2 black coffees after some castor oil. Kodiak chew work rate away. Get buzz harsh. Then tastes sweeter after that... chew opens up intestines. Feel healthy... just like your healthy. 10 bucks a can. Cook food softer. I do soft boiled eggs. Natural milk works but fattening. Grapes to but sugar fattening. Oat meal works awesome usually. If not allergic or wheat allergies.... or grizzle chew is copy of kodiak. Easy safest feel good fix... doctor out west probably do iv therapy for intestines... treat digestive organs. Nothing works with out enough water..

I have Mitochondrial Myopathy Disease & suffer badly from constipation. Two years ago it got so bad, I was scheduled for a colonoscopy yet due to Covid 19, my 30 day wait turned into still waiting for it in the Public hospital system that last year, my lovely Uncle paid for it in a Private hospital. I ended up having an internal prolapse, which I had never heard of before, inflamed stomach & an inflamed bowel. The prolapse was repaired though I think due to my disease, I will suffer from constipation for the rest of my life. (I'm 49).

Thanks, Dr. Ho. I've GOT to increase hydration. By the way, I find an absolutely sure speed-up is simply to eat two kiwifruit with each meal. Guarantees regularity. Without it, guarantees constipation. A hospitalized friend once grimly complained of days of miserable constipation. I said he should eat three kiwifruit. Later he said very gratefully it had sure solved that problem.

Thank you so much for explaining the anatomy of how digestive works.
I have fibroids that affect me of slow digestion that produces horrible stomach pain and enlarged hard feces.
Been to ER a few times and one ER doctor suggested a gastroenterologist referral - which I have pending right now for appointment as it could be a partial bowel blockage from the excessive mass of my fibroids, enlarged uterus lining and enlarged ovaries. I am carrying around constant estimated 24 to 25 cm of expressive clutter in my pelvic and stomach region.
I had an acute pancreatitis attack also. Cholesterol and glucose levels were fine and triglycerides were normal levels at the ER - when pain happened.
I have completely changed my diet of no carbs and fresh fruits and veggies. And the constipation does not exist with heavy menustration produced by fibroids - but it does when not menustration. I haven't consumed alcohol in almost 15 years.
My primary believes the gastrointestinal issues I am having is from the fibroids and ER doctor too.
But my OB/Gyn believes otherwise not taking the severity of higher BMI from fibroids and all the problems they cause for other organs.
My BMI was 28 when acute pancreatitis and bowels problem pains begin.
I am down to 25 BMI now and my fibroids nor reproductive organs have not shrunk - but - they haven't grown.
Females were meant to feel 9 months pregnant- as fibroids can do.
So just sharing another viewpoint of why constipation and slow digestion can occur also. Fibroids create many female problems and I don't feel enough studies are done of the complete health risks they do to digestion, the bladder and what higher BMI fibroids produce to cause problems in the abdomen and to other organs and even to the knees and joints and back and neck pains because of carry excessive mass bulk of fibroids.
I will have a hysterectomy my OB/Gyn will do after holidays end. But for now - its trying to find natural solutions to ease the complications.
Turmeric, ginger, garlic, and coconut oil as various teas daily seem to help keep inflammation down and has helped constipation and digestion pains,
I drink plenty of water and walk average 10 to 15 miles a week and have for years.

    I'm watching this cuz I've struggled w constipation last week(now I'm relieved...
Holy shit it' was a big nightmare to me i can't push out i can't keep inside ....
    Back story:
I wasn't aware that I'm gonna suck in next up coming week, and gone to take poo as a regular basic bish type,i feel uncomfortable to push that thingy out but nope i failed and pushed so hard like i was a she Hulk or sth and there you go ... it's the first time ever i saw this hardest stool before...okay whatever.....i was okay pushing to the extent and it's out, thought now i can happily live my life but there's more after that i started feeling burning sensation down there and i was like it's fine and next day,wow i still remember the pain.... i can't even push out i felt like I'm pushing some needles out and then i checked there's a tear(my bum hole slightly has two cuts ; the size "()" cuz pushing so hard the other day and slightly one - two drops of blood in stool .......you guys don't believe the third day is the biggest day to push out, i can't help myself and tried so hard not to push out cuz if i push out the tear will get bigger idk that's what I felt and while pushing out I'm seeing a few drops of blood which made me scare even more... It' was so tight, TiGhter like hell .....the whole week i went thrice a day to take poo-each time I'm taking more than half an hour still hell....idk what helped(hot water, banana, walking, meditation, pampering my bum etc) now I'm relieved after a week of struggle ........now i really know what's the meaning of pain in azz" that line is no simple 🤷🏿‍♀️

I have neurogenic bowel from MS. At times my bowels will just shut down. Laxatives won't touch it & if not careful I wind up in the ER getting poked, prodded, scoped, violated, and ultimately given several large volume enemas.
My GI doc ordered regular scheduled enemas (2 a week).
That was working quite well until I lost my health Assistant, who had been coming over weekly to assist.

My doctor prescribed Miralax but I'm constantly constipated and is nothing new. I just took Miralax 6 days ago and I still had no movement. I had to end up giving myself an enema. I then changed my diet to kimchi, sweet potato, avocado, kale, and chicken/eggs depending on the time of day. I regularly drink a gallon of water a day in increments of 20oz. For 2 1/2 days after I started I was constipated all over again. I just gave myself another enema 2 hours ago. I'm about to move to a liquid diet because this is too much. I'm 41 and constipation runs in my family to an extreme level. I just want to beat it.

My tummy is distended abnormally and it feels like I've gulped down a balloon. Idk if it's due to fluid accumulation, flatulence or an infection related thing. But it's really uncomfortable to stay like this. My breathing got shorter and faster lately too because of this. Daily activities are reduced and I'm feeling lazier.
