In this video I open my used Sentry Safe that I purchased off of Facebook Marketplace without a working code and make it usable again. I do that using my Flipper Zero.
So if you have a used digital Sentry Safe that you've lost the combination for, or if you've purchased a locked one and would like to open it without paying Sentry for a code, this video is for you. - Наука та технологія
Pro: We now have a working Sentry Safe.
Con: We now have a working Sentry Safe.
Nice tutorial. I recently found out, that the Sentry Safe App works on a few keypad locks, too.
I bought it for the sole purpose of flipping it. I got it for 60 bucks, used ones usually go for ~250 dollars here, I knew I just needed to open the door to get er working again.
Super interesting bit about the Keypad locks - I'm going to have to look into that! Thanks for the info!
How do I add the sentry safe app to the flipper?
Awesome!
Thanks for verifying that this works.
You're the first person I've seen do this.
No problem!
Very interesting tutorial. Thanks for this demonstration, cheers
Excellent demonstration
Thank you!
amazing tutorial!!
Great video!
Thanks!
Awesome man! New subscriber ✌🏻
Thanks!
What GUI are you using on flipper? looks good.
Do you know how to do this but for cannon brand safes?
very interesting, i didn't know about the barcode
It's a handy bit of info, that's for sure!
Hi! What GPIO wires did you use specifically in order to unlock the safe?
C1 (green) and whatever ground (black) you want to use
Hello, I'm sorry I'm a complete newbie, but your videos are very helpful. Again I apologize for my ignorance, but where did you get the wires you connected to your flipper and what are they called if I wanna buy some? Like what gauge what kind? Any info helps thank you.... I'm currently experiencing same issue safe with lost factory code
They're called Dupont connectors! Very handy if you're working with electronics
The passcode for a lot of those is 1379 or 1359. some of the larger gun safes have a four or six digit code, can't remember but it's in the PDF manual you can find online on their website
Great video! Where did you find those wire connectors? The one that plugs in the flipper and the one that plugs in the safe.
Google "breadboard jumper wire" and you'll find them! 👍
Hey man. How would I add that app to the flipper?
My safe won’t power on even with new batteries and the key bypass will not open the safe either, any suggestions? I have lots of our family documents in the safe I would love to be able to open it.
Is it bolted down?
Very cool! Horrible safe design though.
Absolutely!
👏👏👍🙏
12V on the green wire, open?
I mean, you can try that
does this work on all safes?
Just some Master Lock and Sentry branded digital safes
Does the cable come with it
They're just Dupont connectors
@@LockPickNicgot a link for where you can order the wiring? Or know what to ask for at an electronics shop? Reason I'm asking is I'm actually a locksmith and we usually either have to pay sentry for combos or drill these open and it would be cool to just use this to open them in a non destructive way
They're just Dupont connectors, ask for them
As an alternative, they're also on Amazon, male to male Dupont connectors
Thanks for the Info, Im also a Locksmith. About 3 hours after getting my Flipper Zero I find the Sentry open app for the flipper that i didn't know about. Will look for those pins tomorrow. @LockPickNic
someone should make a version for the raspberry pi
Why would you need it though? Raspberry Pi is a bit more permanent generally speaking…
@@prestonferrythe convince, just run a 02w or 3b+ in headless mode .
@@GamingKing545 but why, if you have a Flipper Zero?
electric safes are junk and that should be commons sense for MANY reasons. mechanical safes are the only way to go.
The vast majority of consumer level mechanical safes can be decoded in less than 10min
Do you know how to do this but for cannon brand safes?
Unfortunately it doesn't work that way, this is only for Sentry and Master Lock branded safes. I'm unaware of any bypasses for those.
Canon makes the safe but buys their locks from various manufacturers. You'd have to know what manufacturer and what model lock you're dealing with first
