Apex Detail Brian I know this video is aging well but I just wanted to tell you that tomorrow I will be headed to my local auto paint supply shop here in town & will be buying the large 32oz bottle of this compound. As I mentioned to you before the Wizards lineup was created in the beginning as strictly a motorcycle detail supply company. With the positive results in the Moto community they moved forward into the automobile detailing industry & everything that I’ve used so far of theirs has been 5⭐️’s across the board. Their Black Renew is great as well. I am correcting my Charger R/T & prepping for a GTechniq CSL coating. I have been using Griots thus far with good results but I have some rough patches on my hood that need extra work time & the Griots FCC dusts a little much for me to have to keep wiping it down and risking marring my already corrected sections. I do have Car Pro Clear Cut but hey what can I say, this gave me a reason to get my wife to let me go buy something else. So I’ll be using the Wizards to complete the job. I’ll let you know. 👍🏻

Horrific smell? I think it smells pretty good - just like the rest of their products. My dad has been using Wizards in his body shop for over 25 years. I use it on my hot rods too. The price really isn't out of line if you know where to shop. Even Wizards own website has it for way less than $22.95 for the 8oz. Check Amazon too!

Useful info, not a product pusher and you use everyday cars. Thanks for everything you do and awesome job, it shows detailing is your passion. My hat is off to you.

I needed clay one day in a pinch. I picked up the wizards mystic clay from a local paint supply store. It worked just as good as any other. I've heard of this brand, just didn't think it was special...until now. Great video!

My local Toyota dealer's parts department had some Wizards products on display for sale. They said their shop swears by it and is all they use. I thought the labeling was a little hokey too but after this demo I'll have to get some for sure. Thanks Brian!!

Brian I've used the turbo cut but not this mystic cut..they carry this brand at the paint shop right by my house and shop. I want to try this now.. I actually just recently tested carpro clear cut vs Angelwax Ressurection vs Wizards Turbo cut on a black suburban and the the wizards outperformed on that specific paint. Thanks Brian for making these videos I enjoy watching them.

Hey Brian, I have not had a chance to work with their compounds or polishes. But however I do know their da polishers are junk. Here in Ohio a company called koi Savage auto supply carries the wizard products which was demonstrated at the Meguiars Cavalcade of Customs car show in Cincinnati recently. Even their polishers are high-priced. But I myself am completely shocked at the results of the compound!

I've used a lot of mystic cut. It's good stuff. The price is what keeps me from using it on a daily basis. Smells fantastic also. I've also tried their Turbo cut and Finish cut. Turbo cut is old school technology and is horrific compared to newer compounds. The finish cut is strange because I rarely find a use for it. It's too aggressive to finish softer paint, and doesn't finish well enough to be a one step. I wish other companies would add some fragrance like Wizard's does. By the way, Wizard's is big in the body shops around here.
