czemu tych nowych kółek przerzutki nie nasmarowałeś? Lżej chodzą na sucho ale ja zawsze je smaruję. W tych rowkach na tulejce jest właśnie miejsce na gęsty olej lub lekki smar ;)
Dopóki są nowe, czyste i dobrze się obracają, zdecydowaliśmy się ich nie smarować, aby zapobiec przywieraniu kurzu i piasku. Smarowanie będzie możliwe w dowolnym momencie w przyszłości
@@NiceBikeService no niby tak ale ja osobiście wolałbym to zapaćkać smarem by stworzyć barierę od kurzu. Lepiej niech kurz zmiesza się ze smarem niż sam kurz tam hulał. Tak czy siak dobry serwisan z Ciebie. Jak widziałem serwis wolnobiegu to wiem że nie naciągasz ludzi na wydatki tylko ratujesz to co się da.

Tak się po prostu nie robi! Czyścisz przerzutkę z zewnętrznego brudu agresywnym cleanerem, który pięknie wchodzi w obie sprężyny (sprężyna główna i sprężyna wózka) i jeszcze to poprawiasz sprężonym powietrzem aby jeszcze dokładniej w te sprężyny wtłoczyć agresywny cleaner. Obie sprężyny powinno się rozbierać, wyczyścić i posmarować połączenie trzpień tuleja. Sworznie pantografu (a tak naprawdę tylko zewnętrzną powierzchnie obudowy w pobliżu tych sworzni) traktujesz oliwą a połączenie ślizgowe na kółeczkach, które obraca się z bardzo dużą prędkością obrotową pozostawiasz suche? Ejże. Tak wyczyszczona przerzutka będzie pracować (nawet bardzo dobrze) może przez rok. Rozebrałeś kiedyś taką przerzutkę po takim czyszczeniu za rok aby sprawdzić poprawność swojego podejścia?

Nie chciałbym być odebrany za hejtera bo w polskim rowerowym YT poziom dyskusji jest nawet poniżej klasy mechaników samochodowych. Twoje filmy wyróżniają się pozytywnie od innych.
NIe jestem serwisantem rowerowym, wszystkie swoje rowery sam naprawiam/przerabiam/buduję. Raz do roku rozkręcam wszystko we wszystkich i oceniam co zrobiłem żle/co można poprawić itd. Jestem inżynierem i mam praktykę inżynierską. Potrafię ocenić jaki specyfik/smar/cleaner działa poprawnie a jaki nie.
Nawet Cię rozumiem bo klijent jest zadowolony oczami bo przerzutka jest czysta jak talerz przed obiadem.
Ale tylko pomyśl co tak naprawdę zrobiłeś tym serwisem? Czy nie byłoby to samo gdybyś średnio ogarniętemu 12 latkowi powiedział: "wejże odkręć tylna przerzutkę, do miski wejże ciepłej wody z ludwikiem i wymyj ją porządnie, potem poczejak 1 dzień aby wyschło i popsikaj np WD-40"?

@@NiceBikeService Please explain what 'lack of anthers' means? I've always put some light grease on the pulley bushings.
Some black lacquer would have made things a little nicer. I would not install so, If I already disassemble and clean everything.

I put grease in my freewheels. I wonder if it was necessary or did i just create a big gritty and greasy mess for myself 😆

CREI Q LO ESTABA VIENDO EN CAMARA LENTA Y ES Q LE PIDE PERMISO A UNA MANO PARA MOVER LA OTRA....
Weakest links that basically non mechanics realize. Friction is the killer. A dab of oil in pivot points, guide wheels caps and add a few drops to the cables from the top down..You'd be surprised! Old tech but basic knowledge. Ask a bike mechanic. 💪
Simple green 100% rules also..
Add Paul's to the bearing caps. Seals out the Gunga..
If you can switch to upgraded guide pulleys that actually have bearings, your Golden. Just clean them until the cogs are too pointy. That's also says that y I urge chain is stretched. And if ran too long..well then.
All the drive wears into the chain. Now think..gears, cog and chain and guide wheels. Yup! Simple timely maintenance on a chain I'd say 500 mi is the key. Buy a new one and your driveline, if you clean it , will kast much longer. Ask an old 1980s mechanic. Yup I'm 1..💪
Чого втулки роликів не змастив?
Точно не знаю, деякі показують там змащення. Зазвичай при змащенні ланцюга гідравлічною оливою, я капав шприцом і в бокові щілини до роликів, не розкручуючи їх.
