175k with no tar roads. Ghana must explain how do they come up with such prices. Surroundings , accessibility of needs and infrastructure determines the value of the house not the material used to build the house
I'm currently starting a property developing business and the prices of building materials and workmanship are very high, especially if you want to build a quality house. That explains the high cost of houses in Ghana now.🤷🏾♀️.
as for tarred roads its the work of the government. we build huge mansion and drive super luxury cars on un tarred roads

Believe me if you start your own you will know this price is even cheaper. Am building at the moment and last month I was doing my POP and wiring. 10000 euro was not enough. Is what I spend. So tell me why this house is expensive!

Build the roads that surround the housing! I see alot of beautiful houses being built but the roads are still dirt. It should be a standard that new builds have to connect to a paved road.

Not impressed. No greens. Concrete jungle. Non-existent family area. More for an office. No in-built wardrobes, other than the masterbedroom; rather a chest of drawers placed in each room. Master bathroom is small, devoid of a his and hers' sink (i.e., no double sink). This being said, I believe the property is priced right.

Luxury is not for everyone. Every business has its target audience and so maybe u might not fit into that category so u work harder to reach there instead of limiting your capabilities because we equally have Ghanaians your age who can afford this 👍

If a plot is 80/100, this lot is half the width and 25 ft short in length. A full plot would probably have space on the sides of the house for a yard and or a pool.
