Great video. Just wanted to add my .02 if I may... I've had my Steiner mps on my glock 19 for over two years. Numerous classes, thousands of rounds. Zero issues. It's utilizing an aimpoint plate. It's torqued and I use blue loctite, witness marks never moved. Overtime you get used to the size, I carry appendix and it was never an issue. Totally pleased with it.
Steiner customer support told me to NOT use loctite. When liquid, it lubricates the threads of the mounting screw, causing you to overshoot the torque spec by 20% or more. I didn't realize that there are separate torque specs for dry vs. wet application. The more ya know. I'd guess you used so little that it didn't matter. I will no longer apply loctite until it's either proven necessary or the manual explicitly states to use it.
