    I've had mine up for years with no issues at all. Best way to store your rods. Great product!

    You might want to check the temperature that close to the door when the sun is hitting a non-insulated garage door. I think you will be surprised.

    i wouldnt want my rods rubbing on those all the time plus my truck is too tall to use them on the door, but i could just use them on the wall or ceiling. nice.

    The only problem I can see is that the rods rotate on the bracket. If you use the door a lot it might mark the rods from rotating when the door is in use.

    Alot of extra weight on the door spring will cause problems with the door . Adjusting the spring would not help since the weight will constantly change when removing the rods to use them .

    I wouldn't want my expensive rods rub every time I open the door. I like a stationary rack hanging from the ceiling without any movement! This would not fit my 39 rods anyways... But some people may like it.

      @saltwaterrook4638 6 років тому

      That's why you use rod socks... Which I would hope you use anyway with your "expensive rods".

      Uhm, it's not going to effect the operation of the project.... Your comment doesn't make any damn sense at all.

    My garage door isn’t fancy, far from it lol, but it is insulated...so this wouldn’t work unfortunately.

    Don't believe that would be very good on a carbon, or any rod for that matter wearing against the rod shank every time the door open and closes.

      You're not very smart are you?
      1. Your ability to write is lacking. Severely.
      2. It's actually an awesome idea as it uses space that is otherwise wasted and in an efficient manner. This is called otimized organization.
      3. The only thing stupid that I see, is you.
