The root bound one is gonna be so happy now! I had to break a terracotta pot for a root bound crown of thorns repot last week. I will keep the spoon idea in mind next time🫤
Molly's needs you as a representative! .. great informational video.. I worked in landscaping when younger..we would take a hora hora knife or just shovel to rot bound plants...course they weren't expensive plants either..lol.but I did learn a lot in landscaping..far as what a plant needs .that can be transferred to house plants. Thanks for another great episode
I've been thinking of switching to terracotta pots solely because my monsteras have been getting too top heavy for a plastic pot to securely balance it. I also think mine are root bound so this would be the best opportunity to switch to terracotta
Good morning Jeff. This is a timely video. I’m getting closer to repotting my big monstera, (though not as big as yours) it’s been needing it for a while. I’m afraid I’ll damage the plant but I need to extend the pole and straighten out the pole and plant in the pot. It’s leaning very forwards to the right and wobbles when I ti n on the grow light in the morning. The cord will get moved to in front of the pike, not behind it so I won’t be reaching passed it.
I got a lainata mint as a cutting it has 6 leaves, but is still obviously very immature -- I received it in sphagnum moss in a little cup, but I honestly don't know when I should transfer it to a proper medium in a small pot.
HELP PLEASE!! I am in the middle of potting a new elephant jade. It arrived with very dry roots and my soil is also dry. with this being the case should I give it a little water?? The leaves are pretty good. some drooping. The root system is large but dry.?? Thank you so much!!

I would give it a week or two to acclimate to your conditions....then put it in a chunky mix

It's always tough to give advice without knowing anything about the plant. If it's dry then I would give it some water and make sure it has good light
You are the best my friend!!!!!!!
Jeff 🎉🎉🎉what do you have planned for 100k subscribers ? Great video as usual. Have a great weekend ahead 😊!!!
I am not sure yet! I still have a little ways to go, but I'll try and come up with something 😁
