Graham, if it wasn't for you, I would have just asked my audience the standard "leave a comment below". Now I know better! I'll ask my audience closed-ended questions instead! I'll make sure to add a call to action too! You're literally helping change my life for the better! Thanks Graham!
Your thoughts on the shooting the intro and conclusion after the meat got me thinking. Just earlier today, in fact, I went through my older videos to see what had the most views/likes/comments to get an idea for what type of content performed the best so I could replicate and improve on it, but it was honestly all over the place. After watching this, I went back over it all again, and I'm seeing a clear pattern; the videos I shot the intro/conclusion for after I did the main portion did wayyyyy better. truly eye-opening; I'll be doing things this way from now on.
Graham i just to struggle with being concrete, i really hate does articles/videos thta are just flufs, so the research give me the answer to create content that people cares about and the structure helps me to be concrete !! Win, Win , Win.
Creating a 2,000-word pillar post over and over-focused on a particular blog niche eventually brings the search by Google and Bing. Do the same with UA-cam creating content over and over on the same niche topic will bring you an audience. Everybody over time will create there own tribe that will start to trust you and will be glad to purchase items you suggest. Graham knows his stuff for sure.
Grant this was fantastic! Just got your book on Audible. You always have share great value in straight forward, genuine ways. Thanks for all you do for your listeners/ followers.
Thank you Graham for your incredible videos. You share so much knowledge and valuable content and are highly motivational. Your delivery style is really engaging and you stand out from the crowd. My only (really minor) issue is that due to the length of each video, I find it hard to make time to watch each to the end. Do you create 'round ups' or 'in a nutshell' versions at all?
Excellent lesson, Graham! I've been a professional speaker for decades, only now getting serious about publishing content online and I found the structure you propose to be valid and very useful in a number of ways. (I also like the 3rd title the best, but for me #2 The Truth About runs a close second. I LOVE your strategy of writing the Intro and Title last -- and can definitely see the benefit of that personally. Keep up the good work! Rebel Holiday
Thanks so much for this advice. I'm just starting to grow my audience as a content creator and these thoughts will help me a lot!! The main take home for me is the 3 points. I'm just structuring a couple of tutorials this week and I first had all my advice packed into one video, now I'm thinking about creating 3-4 more specific videos on the topic instead !!
Amazing video, but for the record, as someone that personally loathed The Last Jedi (and I would love to discuss, healthy-debate the details why) it is definitely a good sci-fi/fantasy movie, it just wasn't a good Star-Wars* movie. If they took out the rest of the stuff specifically from the Star Wars franchise, and kept all the same battles with similar concepts, acting and directing, I would have been praising it all along. But the fact is, not following so many things that are staples to the universe at it's core is going to make most passionate fans (and even some casual fans) see it as awful. Again, really good sci-fi/fantasy movie..really bad Star Wars movie. But more importantly, great video.
I find the introduction is the hardest for me by far! Thanks for the information it's nice to hear what to do. I'm just in the process of fixing some blog posts to rank higher on google and thinking of starting a youtube or maybe podcast but can't decide which one to do. Any tips on that? I know you say youtube is great because it a search engine but I think more of my audience (moms) are on podcasts. Is there a way to figure out where your audience is?
Great stuff again, Graham. A massive help, thank you! So glad I've already purchased some Recording Revolution courses, so there's no need to feel guilty about getting all this amazing Passive Income content for free :)
1st title is for beginners learning 2cnd is for people researching 3rd is for is for those who like to argue points, really play devils advocate before attempting.
I am so excited for the day when I bring you a ton of traffic because you have helped me more than words can describe. Thank you again for giving me a glimpse of what it would feel like to help change it even more lives than I already have. Doing what I love and making passive income… LOL ;-)
Graham, I create content, train men to lead Bible Discussion Groups by showing them how to lead. I want to figure out how to market and create passive income from this content. Much thanks for what you do.

Outstanding - as a public speaker and a journalist, I have to say that you nailed it!

This is so ridiculously timely because that's a question I've had in my head lately. Thanks, Graham!
Graham, I am completely blown away by the amount of quality information you have the courage, generosity and intelligence to share. THANK YOU!!❤🎉
My pleasure!
I’m not a comment guy at all, but I’m boosting your channel with my commitment 😀
A good teacher leads the students. Provide value. Thanks Graham.
I can't tell you how often someone purchases coaching from me who has NEVER commented and they tell me they have followed me for a long time.

I have come across your videos and I have been watch-binging since. Well done for your easy-to-follow, well-structured, presentations. Thanks.
Thanks for this, Graham. I've read your guide about it, but it's nice to see you expand upon it in video.
Had to watch this again. So many gems!
I need to work on my introductions.

Thanks for the kind words! To your question, no. These are the videos. It's a podcast just in video form so, typical length for that format.

Hi Graham. You mentioned you shot a video about how to plan content for a year. Do you mind sharing the link?
Just addded! ua-cam.com/video/viPnWiooW3Y/v-deo.html
Loved this episode!! Thank you. I’m totally failing at a call to action at the end of my content!

Good video, but you’re gonna need way more than 3 reasons for TLJ to even be passable. 🤔
