Hey this isn't gonna be very popular to say but I think you should set a little bit longer of a goal. Sure it MIGHT be possible to lose 100lbs in 100 days but I feel that you want to develop positive eating habits along the way and keep the weight off. If you take it just a little slower, then I feel you'll have a greater shot at success in that regard. I think if you give it a couple more months then you'll be on your way. You'd still be losing the weight quick but it's more sustainable imo. I should make it clear it's not exactly a healthy rate of weight loss even with the extra 2 months. You're a hard worker and I'm happy you're making a positive change. Also idk if you lift weights at all rn but it's definitely worth the investment. It'll help you with your fitness goals (biking, swimming...) and it'll help you to keep the muscle you have now + gain some. Hope all goes well
