I commend your hard work, but I'd strongly suggest not to be at such a high caloric deficit - it might mess with your muscle retention and hormone levels. I understand you want to hit your goal in 100 days, and I totally believe you can do this - I just don't think it's a great idea long term for your health. Aim to do it in a year, at a safe deficit with correct macro and micronutrients, and weight training (lifting weights signals your body not to consume the muscles worked, and it will prioritize fat loss). You can eat so much more and enjoy being active, or you can decrease the length and number of cardio sessions per day, like just one session with bike, or swim per day.

Потому что в США плохо всё очень с ней. И сауна. Купи хаммам палатку на али. Только не бери пластиковый парогенетор. Найди полноценный металлический правильно сделанный, на 3-5кВ. А ещё попробуй эти тренировки. Мне калистеника никогда не заходила пока я не увидел его канал. Jaeho_Fitness. И аккуратней к телу. Нагрузки проще, пока не дойдешь хотя бы до 90-95.

What temperature was the sauna at? Edit: googled it, it's 115 Fahrenheit or 46 Celsius which is cold imo
