The big flaw in this style of losing weight is that you never actually get to practice what a normal healthy day should feel like. This isn't how healthy people live every day. So the big risk is that you get to the 100lb and you haven't actually learned how to eat a proper diet.
My life doesn’t have normal days g. I don’t live a normal life with a schedule. I hop on 200+ flights a year and sleep whenever possible not when “normal” people do it
@@Pashak but if you just found a way to practice eating 2500 calories everyday then you might actually learn how to sustain that. Where as your current system is unsustainable in the long term. And even worse is that you might not have actually learnt anything. You can't crash diet forever.
Been watching your videos! Some advice from someone who lost 130 Pounds in about 8-14 months, if you put in the work to make yourself proud don’t worry about the number that shit fluctuates so many variables you’ll see results within a week or so
Looking good! If you want to be able to cycle for longer, you might want to consider using an easier gear and pedaling faster (about 90 pedal stroke per minute), keeping the same speed. It feels weird at first, but it'll allow you to go for much longer with your legs being less tired. Also that truck at 4:47 is driving very poorly. You have the right of way, he should stop.
