I actually think the opposite is true, isn't saying kinky people are just solving a trauma a huge clichee? Sure it might be true for some, but I don't think that's true for like pet play at all.
@@99xara99 Yeah I respect your opinion on that, my comment was mainly directed to Daz’s social commentary but what do you mean that pet play kinks can’t be linked to trauma? I don’t see how pet play could be the only kink which cannot have any link to trauma. Personally, as someone who studies psychology and psychotherapy, I don’t necessarily believe I could narrow down every behaviour as being linked to a painful trauma but I believe that everything can be narrowed down to an experience with intense emotions. I think when it comes to pet play specifically, there appears to be emphasis on the power dynamic of the master and pet roles. That could come from some sort of need to degrade others which could mean that person comes from an oppressive or unstable household or the degradation could act as a form of escape from responsibility/ social pressures or from a lack of self esteem and the kink is used as a way to validate that negative self belief by having someone treat you as lesser than them. On the other hand, it could come from a validation kink if that power dynamic is used to praise e.g the “pet” so to speak is praised for behaviour by an authority figure which could come from the nature of their parental relationships (mummy or daddy issues). Or they could be an insecure person who finds comfort in having a reliable person to make them feel better about themselves. Anyway my point is that I do think pet play has roots in trauma and other intense experiences and is generally a super interesting topic to try and pick apart which is something I only scraped the surface of which I find super exciting haha 😊 I’m fully up for having a conversation about this. By the way I don’t mean anything hurtful by my analysis of this kink, I understand why the generalisation that some kinks come from those struggling with intense mental health issues can be quite insulting and is also a lazy analysis that doesn’t contemplate numerous other factors, but I also think it would be wrong to conclude that kinks don’t include traumas at all and especially that pet play kinks are somehow excluded from having developed from trauma.

You do 'groom' a horse's hooves. It requires picking and cleaning out the hay/dirt/grass from the bottom of their hooves. You also apply various things to the hooves to keep them healthy and such. Also, trimming the hooves. I love horse's and have ridden my whole life, but I've never wanted to become a horse or pony 😂

Hello, just wanted to say thank you daz for being such a wonderful funny person. You've have helped this week as I've lost my older brother on Monday morning and thanks to you I am able to cheer up and stay positive
7:53 it’s his laughs where he gasps for air that always get me😂
You do 'groom' a horse's hooves. It requires picking and cleaning out the hay/dirt/grass from the bottom of their hooves. You also apply various things to the hooves to keep them healthy and such. Also, trimming the hooves. I love horse's and have ridden my whole life, but I've never wanted to become a horse or pony 😂
Daz always find a way to brighten my day, also if I dressed up like a horse I'd wear one of those iconic scary horse masks that are popular but are still absolutely terrifying.
I love watching Daz’s videos, he’s good at joking and being serious and that’s more of what we need in this world
9:51 this made my day loll :)
7:53 I don’t think I’ve ever heard Daz laugh that hard in the several years I’ve been watching him 😂
7:36 Those are miniature horses Daz, not baby horses 💀 They stay that small their whole life
Shetland horses or dwarfed pony’s I think there so cute some people even let them stay in there house
