Nice car! I think you should speak to unitronic, you should be making closer to 370-385 to the wheels at stage two. Im on stage 1 APR and i make 362 whp and 393 torque. I got a dyno video on my channel you can see. My car has same engine as yours EA888.4

My mk8 is very similar. 2022 base trim 6 speed. Same cts down pipe, stage 2 unitronic tune 93 oct, 034 coils, brisk plug's, raceline intake, 034 turbo inlet pipe tube, cts turbo inlet pipe, south bend stage 2 daily clutch, wagner tuning direct intercooler... A few more mods i can list but choose not to.

You should. The stage 1+ by unitronic is the way to go. You just need a drop in filter with that tune.

It’s the golf r display. You need an obd eleven scan tool to change it over.
