Prawns cleaned 300gm.
Coconut oil 2 tbsp.
Mustard 1 tsp.
Fenugreek 1/2 tsp.
Shallots sliced 1/2 cup.
Curry leaved 10 nos.
Garlic 8 clove.
Tomato sliced 2 nos.
Green chili 4 nos.
Tamarind, a small ball.
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
Red chili powder 2 to 3 tbsp.
Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup.
Salt.

അതു കൊള്ളാലോ മറ്റുനാടുകളിൽ വർഷങ്ങളോളം താമസിച്ചിട്ടു വരുന്നവർ ഇങ്ങനെ കൊഞ്ചി പറയില്ല. അന്യനാട്ടുകാർ പോലും മലയാളം പച്ചവെള്ളം പോലെ സംസാരിക്കുന്നു അപ്പഴാണ് വയസ്സുകാലത്തെ കൊഞ്ഞ . ഒന്നുമല്ല , ഇത് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം ചെയ്യേണ്ട സമയത്ത് കുട്ടികളുമായി പാചകറാണിയാവാൻ kitchen ൽ കയറിയതിൻ്റെ കുഴപ്പമാണ്. സാരമില്ല , റെസിപ്പികൾ എല്ലാം നല്ലതാണ്.
