The sad part is I'm 60. I told my senior sunday school class about this, and nobody knew about it. Yet I have known for decades. That's sad when most of the eldest people in a church have so little knowledge of the proof of Gods word. People give their life to Christ and just stop seeking the knowledge. That sounds like a lot of fun, but also a lot of work. I hope you have a decent kitchen to work with. Perhaps there's a way to double the value of your hospitality, by finding recipes that are inexpensive, healthy, and easy to prepare at home (most families would love to learn a new recipe like that, I suspect). And it would be easy enough to print out for anyone that wanted a copy. PS a 'sous vide' cooker will greatly simplify cooking meat, especially for that many people. It's fool proof, with no babysitting required.

Also ... You need to raise a lot of grain to produce so much straw. You dig the hole for underground storage, then use that mud to make the bricks.
