I've been watching a few videos on candle making and I'm making and was wondering if was wondering if the Amber jars are better than tins or other jars?
I am interested in trying this but why are all the smaller quantities of the fragrances sold out I would like to try it before I jumping with both feet!

I am a potter and am thinking of learning to make candles . I would throw, glaze and high fire my candle containers. My clay and glazes are not porous and are vitrified. I love to make wine tumblers. I am wondering if I used your scented oils and soy wax. After the candle has burned away could the tumblers be washed and used to drink from safety?

Can you use wood wicks instead?
I dont use this kit. I have a different one. But Ive made candles when I was younger. I make sure my jars are thick. I buy used ones at Goodwill and junk stores..really good finds. I also to color blending.
Hi, I'm looking at your ready to use kits on your website and I want to ask what types of wicks use in those kits with your soy wax? Is it CD-10-12 ect.?
This was so helpful I love using amber jars for my candies but I haven't been able to find the perfect wick. I've been using wood wicks but they tend to darken the wax if not trimmed correctly.

My question is how did she come up with 0.09% of Frangrance oil? I thought it you could only add 1oz of Frangrance oil per pound of wax. Someone please help me understand. Thank you

Hold up there when you measured that wax you left your spoon in the pot so actually you weighed in that spoon. I’ve made candles as well and when I measured out my wax, I didn’t measure it with no spoon in it that makes it a little bit on the heavy side that’s off kilter
