You are so right every time I am on Facebook people ask me if I am interested in working for them as a relator to post houses in groups. Facebook needs to block these scammers.

I have a question, so if the post says to text a number then i do & i text them & they text me back & as we later get into a deeper conversation about where to go when applying for an apartment & they say i need to send 50$ to zelle in order to get the application would that also be considered as a scam?
Yes, that definitely sounds like a scam. Never just Zelle money to anyone. If it feels like a scam, it's a scam!
You can buy a home with section 8 where I live in Massachusetts.
I have to thank you! I've been selling real estate since 2002, and I've never heard of anyone using Section 8 to buy a home. I did a little research, and it's also available in New Jersey! Thank you for your comment!

They are! If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Always use extreme caution when doing anything online!

I would steer clear of things like this. They're usually a scam. If this person has a home to sell or rent, why can't they just advertise it themselves? It doesn't pass the smell test. Hope that helps!

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. If she's looking to rent her own home, why doesn't she advertise it herself? Something is off here.
It's a scam. I was just offered the same but when I looked up the property it was renting for $2100 per month but she wanted me to list it for $1000. The listing agent works for Keller Williams but she gave me the number directly to the so-called owner. Plus everyone is doing it so it's definitely a scam.

Great question. I can't be positive, but it sounds like a scam. $600 a week sounds like a steep price to post a home to Facebook. If he wants to pay you that much, how much is he going to be getting? I wouldn't take him up on it.
