There is so much brightness in Sachkhand, Shri Nanak saw that an infinitely bright illumined human-like God (who was sitting on the throne) as if in one hair follicle, there is more brightness than the combined light of crore suns and crore moons (but there is no warmth). On his own another form (Jinda Mahatma जिन्दा महात्मा), Kabir Sahib started moving whisk / doing chanvar (चंवर) as a humble servant.
Then Shri Nanak Ji thought that this is the Ultimate God who is sitting on the throne; Kabir will be a servant here, but the lok is different from all. God is very effulgent. While Nanakji is thinking all this, the effulgent form of God stood up and KavirDev sat down on the throne. Then, the actual visible effulgent form of God started moving whisk on Kabir Sahib. Thereafter, Kabir Sahib’s effulgent form vanished into Kabir Sahib.
And only, Supreme God KavirDev is sitting on the throne; and the chavar /Whisk began to drift on its own. Then Nanak Ji said that You are the Master and I recognize you as Waheguru from Satyanaam. This process took three days. Sahib Kabir Ji returned the soul of Nanak to the body. On the third day, Shri Nanak came to his senses. After realizing Kabir Saheb as a God in Satlok, Shri Nanak Ji said ‘ Waheguru’ Satnaam.

3:36 No, it's not weird that they still have to be tested even though the end is in sight. The program is still active. If they omitted one person, they'd have to omit everybody. That would be a little bit like a certain state saying they're going to change a law in a couple months. Let's say something something legalizing Marijuana. Then you get caught with a bunch of weed. It's still illegal at the time you're caught and you can't get off now because of an future change.
Finally Folkstyle getting the respect it deserves. Theres no holding down or getting away in freestyle/greco! Huge wrestling hole as far as mma is concerned.

Conor got into the pool a week or two before usada put out that crazy statement I think. so I doubt he knew they'd be gone. furthermore, it looks slightly better being in usada before they dip so people don't say usada was right Conor was ducking the "real" test, since drug free sport oversees the other big name orgs, that are seemingly notorious for being lax, as hardly anyone pops, when there's probably more than just a few on the juice

I like Tom but a very heavy pereira breaks bones with every hit
And he’s got calf kicks to take away your movement so all of a sudden you are a sitting duck for some very basic left hook that has the power and real potential of sending you to the other room
Jones is retiring so you have to look at aspinal, I like him but I don’t think he can deal with 255 pereira
Jiri was the hardest fight to achieve the 3 belts
But he needs a year to pick up the weight correctly (strength,agility,endurance)
Pereira ain’t getting to 255 without completely altering his movement and fight style. Pereira can probably get to 240-245 without comprising his mobility and cardio too much but 255 he’d look like a completely different fighter. Aspinall has outstanding grappling for a heavyweight, he’ll get through Pereira’s defence without a lot of resistance and dominate on the ground IMo
@@joshf-w9602 it’s going to take time to pick up the weight properly a year at least if not more ( Jones over did it) but after that I don’t think he’ll be too compromised with cardio and agility as he usually bulks up to 220 between fights
He’s going to need to get to 270 so he can cut and be sharp at 250

@@abdelhamidbc Alex is already 36 years old, it’s not physiologically possible for him to gain 30lbs of muscle in say 18 months unless he starts hanging out with Conor’s ‘nutritionist’. If he does put on that weight a lot of it will be fat or unnecessary bulk which will compromise his movement and cardio.

He actually doesn’t need to do anything, he’s had a long career and made world champion 4 times it’s just that third belt at heavyweight looks very accessible to him when it’s behind the sun for so many others and the character of the guy: humble, hard working , talented and above all kind hearted makes you want and expect more from him
