You can use a full sized iron tip if you're very careful with it. The smaller iron is just a bit easier to control.

Why can't you use the tip of a full-sized iron? especially for pressing the completed meshwork and such?

I hope people remember to put the fusible web in so it will stick to the fabric not the iron. This tool is awesome and I gotta have one

Does it need to be sewn onto the background fabric when doing the Celtic designs, or does the fusible web hold it secure even in the washing machine?

I have made Celtic designs on shirts with 1/4' bias tape, but this is MUCH easier and MUCH better!

Great product but o Clover, *please* re-film this instructional video. I am not sure which is more annoying, the low definition filming, the odd choice of musical score, the ultra feminine voice-over or the very dated projects.
